First time inside. The employees were so super sweet. Compliments and asking if they could help. Pointing out a new item. Very helpful. It was a little loud today. Saturday night. Coffee machines were going and a lot of customers inside. Popular place. Beautiful hand bags this season. Some suede, and gorgeous earth tone colors.
One of my absolute favorite matcha as I've ever tried!!!! I like my matcha really sweet and flavorful, so I went with the iced strawberry matcha with one pump of vanilla and it was one of the best matchas like ever. I can never find a great matcha in the domain and felt that this is a perfect stop on our little shopping day we had. My boyfriend got an iced latte and also loved his. They were super fast and incredibly friendly, the lady checking people out told me it wasn't that sweet which is why I added the pump of vanilla and it turned out SUPER delicious. It's also HUGEEEE!! Usually I finish my matcha decently quickly and this one took me so long and I couldn't even finish there was a tiny bit left when I decided I was done with it. A great spot for a yummy drink!
I've seen a huge line here when they first opened a cafe. It was almost to the end of the block toward H&M back then. A thing about me is that I will never get in line if it's too long and I don't need to be there. Especially for food. Was it a god coffee? Pretty decent actually. Do I regret not lining up for it when they first opened? Not at all. The staff were super friendly and their uniforms were SO NICE! The service was really quick as well. It took less than 5 min to get the drinks. I got tiramisu latter on oat and bf got s'mores on regular. Personally I liked mine a bit more (hehe). But I liked that both of them were not extremely sweet. They were sweet, but not overwhelmingly. They had some pretty cute looking pasties on display but we skipped them. As a self proclaimed paper straw hater, I didn't like that they have paper straws. They get soggy and icky way too fast.
What a cute little coffee shop in the coach store! I popped in on the weekday because I know the weekend line is always crowded but there was no wait Thursday at 3pm! The cafe sitting area is tiny, 3 tiny tables and a small counter to order for drinks or pastries. Coffee shop merch is adorable but pricy, my coach coffee shop hat cost $75 and a little pouch was $40. My iced sparkling matcha hit the spot as I wanted something refreshing but not sugared up and I definitely loved this. Would order again. I skipped the pastries this time but they have a small selection, and ordering the match got me a postcard and stickers! Love it and would return for a cute pick me up treat!
This was a solid coffee spot with a nice special menu especially since there are no other good coffee spots in the area. The people there were quite fast at making the drinks. The only complaint is that it's a bit pricey along with the gift shop. But shouldn't be surprising since the bags store two steps away cost even more. $7/7.5 for an iced drink.
Would I rank their coffee or matcha above Starbucks? No. This is a one-time stop place, but I'm okay with what it is. "Coach my favorite purse" is a phrase said by many. "Coach my favorite coffee" is a phrase unheard of, until now. Coach, the New York-based fashion house, has launched its foray into espresso-based beverages with The COACH Coffee Shop debuting last year at a New Jersey outlet mall (premium outlets, I should say), followed by a second location at The Domain in Austin that recently opened. Why would the brand known for their handbags start making coffee? The idea is simpler than you think. You go to order a coffee because "aww, what a cute concept." The line is pretty long, so you wait 5-10 minutes to get your drink. There's not a lot of waiting room inside the little coffee corner, so instead you roam the Coach store and find a cute item. A $6 iced matcha turns into a $300 shoulder bag. This is not a new concept. Ralph Lauren launched Ralph's Coffee throughout their New York locations and a few other major cities. It's a great advertiser. I'm not gonna sit here and discuss the concepts of capitalism and do an analysis of marketing strategies on Yelp. I do lowkey have a master's degree on the latter though... What goes down at the Coach Coffee Shop? Coffee happens. Stepping into the coffee section of the Coach store, you get a cute retro vibe with their pink and yellow neon lights, a marquee-style coffee menu, and all the baristas styled in their Coach coffee uniforms, of course wearing a Coach hat. There's a selection of pastries, soft-serve ice cream, multiple espresso beverages served both hot and iced, cold brew, and lemonades. The coffee is pretty on par with your typical price, or maybe just slightly more. They also have exclusive Coach coffee merchandise you can only get in the Coach Coffee Shop. It's your typical Coach prices, so don't think it's comparable to a $4 americano. I ordered the Iced Cherry Espresso Tonic (to try something new) and my girlfriend ordered the Matcha Lemonade. Her drink was VERY matcha-forward and frankly, not great? It was like tasting the grass clippings after a fresh mow. My Iced Cherry Espresso Tonic was good. Good balance of the espresso with the cherry and the tonic water, but it didn't knock me off my feet like a normal espresso tonic would. They packaged the drinks in a plastic cup with a little Coach Coffee Shop logo on it and a spiral red-and-white paper straw. Cute! All things considered, there are definitely better coffee shops at The Domain: Houndstooth, Bakery Lorraine, Medici. Hell, the Nespresso store lets you make an espresso shot that is probably on par, if not better, than Coach, and it's across the street. This review isn't going the hurt the profit margins of Coach New York, and stop anyone from trying it out based on its high level of coolness factor, but the mediocrity can't be saved by the large, flashy COACH logo at the end of the day. It's cool to try once, but you'll find more value in a coffee shop that actually puts coffee first over leather.
Rating: 3.2/5 The last few times we tried to stop by, there was either a long line or the coffee shop had already closed early. So when I saw it was open and there was no line, I had to make a quick pit stop. The security guard always seems to look at you suspiciously, so I never really feel welcome--but hey, I get it. The café is immediately on your right as you enter the store, with no real separation between the coffee bar and the rest of the retail space, which is filled with displayed products. They have a pretty sizeable menu, though I'm not sure why the iced drinks are $0.50 more than the hot versions. The line moved quickly, and we got our drinks within five minutes. Iced S'mores Latte ($7): I skipped the whipped cream, which might be why it didn't quite taste like s'mores. It had a strong chocolate flavor and a noticeable coffee note, making it more of a mocha latte. It was good, but I wouldn't order it again. Iced Matcha Lemonade: My husband always gravitates toward matcha wherever we go. He asked about non-dairy options, and they offered to make a matcha lemonade--even though it wasn't on the menu. He gave it a try, but it was just okay. The lemonade was a bit too sour for our taste.
Super fun experience. How lucky is TX?!? The Coach Coffee Shop only has 2 locations, NYC & ATX. So of course my bestie and I had to check it out and then buy our latest Coach bag obsession, The Brooklyn. We really our drinks and pastries. I got the chai latte with oat milk and the tabby cake. The tabby cake is soooo rich and decedent. I couldn't eat it all, it look me like 3 days to finish it bc it's so sweet. Good but very sweet. It was fun to catch up and eye new purses.
The COACH Coffee Shop was top on my list to visit at the Domain and there was a line. Half of the place is a COACH store the other a coffee shop. It had a nice luxury ambiance to it and wanted to buy the marquis items. I purchased a signature Lil Miss Joe coffee mug, Blueberry Muffin, Tabby Cake (chocolate treat in shape of a COACH bag), and Sugar Cookie (in shape of Lil Miss Joe). Lil Miss Joe is the character for the COACH Coffee Shop and lastly got a label pin. The staff was super nice. The blueberry muffin was very good where could really taste the blueberries and the breading was very soft. The Tabby Cake was small but had quite a punch in chocolate flavor. It was very rich and ate it slowly sharing it with others. And the sugar cookie was very delightful. Next visit will have to try the coffee and defiantly will visit every time I visit the Domain.
First time here, just happened to stumble upon it. Cute little cafe inside the store, no line, moved people very quickly. Couple tables, very clean. Had some cute souvenirs that were specific to the cafe. Small menu and pastries, fair prices. Good flavor. Worth a try if you're a Coach fan, but otherwise there was nothing special or fancy in particular about it.

The COACH Coffee Shop Visited on a weekday afternoon. Honestly, the experience was just okay overall. The ambiance didn't really stand out and wasn't something I particularly liked -- it felt pretty average. We ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte, and both were mid. Not bad, but nothing memorable or special. Overall, it's fine if you're nearby, but not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again. read more

A little underwhelming inside, but it's cute enough to visit once. Coffee was actually good, but don't expect to be able to purchase any Coach themed pastries - they run out fast and apparently it takes months to fulfill orders as they all come from NYC location. Purchased a crossbody from the attached main Coach store, which is very nice! Also, coffee shop merch is crazy pricey; $95 for a keychain is a bit much. read more

We got a cappuccino here, and it was really average and a bit cold when it arrived. The flavor was nothing particularly memorable, and the temperature took away from the overall experience. We were expecting a freshly made, hot cappuccino, so it was a little disappointing! read more

Definitely chill vibes, everyone is so laid back and anti-climatic..but if you need something they'd be right there to help you get whatever it is that you need. I've only tried the matcha, and if you love matcha that's made right then this great place to go! Definitely will come back and try other ite read more
This is a side cafe in the Coach store that feels like the oddest location sharing space. It's made for grab and go (not much sitting room). Tried a matcha that was just okay. If you're already in Coach, this is convenient, otherwise I'd prefer something else. read more

The hype has finally died down! I was expecting a long line but I was able to walk right in. The coffee shop is conveniently located inside of the Coach Store. The Coach Store itself is a decent size so hopefully in the future, they'll decide to expand the coffe shop. The coffe shop is located in the front corner of the store. They have a small gift shop area as well as 3 tables for sitting. The coffee shop has your typical iced/hot drinks and select pastries. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Chai Tea Latte. To me, it seemed as if there was more milk than actual chai tea. Maybe I should've asked for more vanilla, I am not exactly sure. However, I would have liked to taste less of the milk. I also ordered a Tabby Cake which I thought was an actual cake but it's a brownie. A rich chocolate brownie encased in more chocolate. If you're a fan of chocolate, this treat is for you! Overall, the customer service was great. I'm glad they chose Austin as their second location for us all to experience. read more
I always see a long line here during the weekends and I always curious what the hype was all about. Finally got here one time on a weekday and there was a short line so I wanted to give it a shot. Espresso shot... I got an iced latte and it's just mediocre in taste and I mostly tasted more milk than coffee really. The butter scone was... not sweet but salty and wasn't that good in my opinion. Loud music and lots of traffic here, so I think if you come here it's more for the vibe and not the coffee quality. read more

This cute boutique Coach store and coffee shop is located at The Domain. I got there early and I'm glad i did because when I left the line was out the door. I don't drink coffee so I decide to wander the store. I did end up purchasing one of their new 2in1 crossbody and wallet bags. Everyone was so nice and eager to assist. My salesperson Ridge was so sweet and personable. He helped me compare bags and pricing and ultimately I made a decision. The jewelry caught my eye but I had some self control and only got the 1 bag. Checkout was a breeze. I do wish I would have had time to try a beverage. If you're in the area be sure to check this place out and remember go early to avoid the crowd. read more

I actually enjoyed the coffee here. Coach just opened this new cafe, and there is exclusive cute merch that you can browse while you wait in line for coffee! While I would not recommend their matcha (did not see any whisking), I did like their coffee. I got the iced oat latte, which was better than I thought. The best part is they don't charge extra for oat milk!! The price of lattes are honestly the same price as other specially coffee shops. We also got the chocolate chip cookie, which also surprised as quite good! It's definitely a solid spot for coffee when you're out in the domain! Though be aware as there can be a long line! read more

The drinks and food here are pretty expensive and I don't believe it's worth the price. The drinks themselves are rather good although on the sweeter side. I got the s'mores latte and it was definitely a little too sweet for me, especially towards the bottom with all the chocolate bits. The chocolate tabby was alright to me, very much just chocolate. We also had a ham and cheese croissant which was pretty small and was mainly cheese. The workers here are very sweet and work as quickly as they can. there isn't much space in the actual coffee shop to sit and hangout so definitely take to go! read more
I thought the shop was so cute! It's located in the domain. Although it was very simple and there's a small seating area I really enjoyed the vibes. It wasn't crowded at all when we went. I ordered the s'mores latte iced. It was very sweet! They also have cute pastries such as in the form of a purse. The pastries were a little on the pricey side but still worth the try. They also sale accessories such as bags, coffee mugs, tote bags with the coach coffee shop design. The shop is attached to the coach store where you can shop for the products. read more

This was such a fun & aesthetic coffee shop to explore. I loved that the staff were friendly & that the shop is connected to the coach store in case you're in the mood for a little shopping. We ordered coffee & wasn't impressed with the quality but definitely was worth the experience, cute photos & memories of exploring one of the coach coffee shops. Would definitely recommend this for a girls trip stop if you love coach! read more

The Coach Cafe is located inside of the Coach store. It is tucked away on the side. The store itself is super cute. But I did expect it to be a bigger cafe with seating room. It is more for people who want to grab and go. I ordered a lemonade, but it was a bit on the sweeter side. It could be my opinion though as most lemonades taste on the sweeter side usually. I had a friend order a macchiato and they enjoyed it. aThe day we went, a DJ was playing and it was really cool vibes. I would go here for convenience if I am already shopping in the store, but not just to purchase something from the cafe. I would say though it is a nice perk to have a drink in hand where you can purchase right there and shop. read more
Cute entrance from the outside of the shop, it captures your attention right away. When you go in however, it's smaller than it appears on social media. There are 3 tables. The service was friendly, accommodating and answered my questions. Initially I wasn't satisfied with the flavor but a team member added some extra vanilla and it was better. read more
The Coach Coffee Shop has to be the top tier--not one of the top tiers, but the top tier of all the businesses that are adding boutique-style cafes to their stores. It's by far the cutest, with its black-and-white theme. I ordered the Smores Latte and the Tabby Cake. I asked for a fork, thinking this would be just a cake with chocolate, but as you can see from the pictures, I was wrong. This purse-style cake is encased in layers of premium chocolate. The Smores Latte was just as good, bringing a lot of chocolate to our chocolate lovers. Coach did a fantastic job, and if you noticed, they didn't skimp on anything, including the straws. read more

I was excited to try this place as I've been seeing a lot of people trying it on social media. It's a really cute spot to stop at when you're at the domain but I wouldn't make a trip over here just to try it. The coffee was good but definitely very sweet if you wanted to try the S'mores latte . The pastries look delicious (although I didn't try any of them). Definitely recommend if you're in the area! A new place a great concept. Shop til u drop once ur finish top it off with a beverage of your choice coffee (hot or cold) and Tea paired with a cute pastry in the shape of a purse the one I had was a Tabby cake. The Vanilla Chai Latte was very good the Tabby cake was alittle too sweet. The staff were friendly. read more

If it weren't for the cute coffee logo guy, I would have not even tried it. Super cute concept, but the cafe aspect was a shortfall. Matcha was extremely grainy, too sweet and the color wasn't "right" if you know what I mean. 1 matcha ($8) and 1 pastry turned out to be $20 -- which meant my pastry was $12?! Lmao. Had to come all the way from Houston to see this and experience it!! There was a line but it went quickly. You can shop while you wait for your drink!! Lots of options for coffee lovers but there are some options for non coffee lovers as well like lemonade. Merch is available but only with the cheesy logo (sorry Coach). Grab your bag and get coffee! But what if you can do it all at once! When I visited The Coach Coffee Shop, the line was really long. The menu is small and not exhausting. There is some really cute merch available to purchase. Alot of the treats were sold out. The employee taking my order was awesome and was also able to give insight on the store. They don't charge extra for syrup and I love that! My iced latte was tasty and the flavor was great! The texture of the coffee was spot on like they took their time making it . I will definitely be back at some point. read more
