I got three thick slices of peameal on top of perfectly toasted english muffin two poached eggs cooked to the way you like it and slathered with this delectable homemade hollandaise sauce and a side of home fries. Poutine's cheese was not real cheese curds, no squeakiness . But the brown gravy tasted good enough to comforted me. Fries are a bit over cooked but no "frozen" taste, thank god. The fries on the side were cooked absolutely perfectly. The coleslaw was tangy and balanced. The Mac n Cheese was so creamy, with a hint of spice and topped with breadcrumbs to create a mix of flavours. This is already on top of the many other tasty dishes such as the pork shoulder and smoked chicken wings which I highly recommend. Butchie's is a BBQ staple for Durham region.
