We have lived in SoCal, Connecticut, Michigan and now W. Texas and Amana has shipped 2 day shipping w/ice paks to all our addresses and never a spoiled item to date. Now, I'm honest and fair with ALL my reviews so I will say the 2 day shipping is on the higher side, around $32.00+- for our cross country shipping. Your $hipping may be less, may be more, it just depends on your .delivery location. We have not visited their retail shop simply because we haven't lived in their area. Our pork chops arrived individually wrapped and with Amana's own Horseradish sauce. This evening we had pork chops for dinner and I must say the BEST flavored pork chops ever! Each pork chop is bone in and about 3/4" thick. I highly recommend Amana Meat Shop & Smokehouse. BTW, our favorite are the breaded pork tenderloins.
