Our server Rhonda was great, she's was very friendly and fun! We didn't eat any food, but we did have a couple drinks which were fine. expensive, but good. the atmosphere around the pool was good; however the music was WAY too loud. We were hoping for a nice relaxing day by the pool but couldn't hold a conversation and the volume of the music literally hurt my ears. would've been fine background music if it weren't blasting at us constantly at the highest possible volume. a little bit of variety in the type of music would've been welcome as well. read more

Rhonda was phenomenal. Made our pool day with our nephew and friends on his 21st birthday very special. Great personality and service geared to the group. The food menu is more for a quick bite, but you can always order from Cesaers Eats and have something delivered. Staying at Planet Hollywood and we rented a cabana for the day next to pool. Quick question, since when is it ok for the pool employees to scream and curse out a guest. Then have 2 managers apologize and say they will handle it. Only to be taunted by the same employee smirking because he didn't really get in trouble. I didn't realize this is what passes for acceptable customer treatment. Also, save your money if you are a person that follows the rules and pays to rent things, because you can apparently use any facilities even if you didn't pay as there is no real management at the pool. Drinks are $35 which even in Vegas feels a bit expensive. The serving staff were available, helpful and kind- so thanks to you. I would not recommend overall though - or go for a quick dip - but i would save your money if you can! read more

It's odd seeing Planet Hollywood still allow sales of cabanas and beds when this place is closed for months. Why have 1 guy slowly painting the pool surface mid-summer when people want to use the pool? Why not hire more people or do this in the winter? I never write reviews but the experience I had this year was so drastically better than last years I feel that I needed to write a review, we stayed at Planet Hollywood and enjoyed our Saturday at the pool. I just want to share how welcome we felt. The cabana hosts were all so nice. Sara walked us to our cabana and made sure we knew where the restrooms were and how we can go inside to play games.I've been to planet Hollywood pool in the past and they definitely shaped it up.The cabanas were clean and set up for us. They would even come around and check on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Our server was also great, besides the pricing for drinks but other than that, I would definitely be going back. I had such a great experience today! I found myself hanging by the pool side until Sarah, the cabana hostess, she came over to us and greeted us with a smile! She gave us a run down of the cabanas/daybeds and she was extremely helpful! She sold us on a daybed and even better I didn't have to move! She was able to do the transaction while I was able to relax on the daybed by the pool side. Huge shoutout to the team here for always being aware of their surroundings and always checking up on not just the cabanas/daybeds but everyone else! I will be back for more! read more

Any time I'm in Vegas, the pool is a must. The boys and I stayed at Planet Hollywood the first night before switching hotels. I wanted to hang out at the pool before we checked out, so the three of us headed down on Thursday, May 11th around 10:30am. I think they have two pools, but we ended up going to the pool to the right if you face the area from the hotel. It was small, but luckily we managed to grab some lounge chairs in the sun as it was pretty dead. (Because of where the sun was and how the buildings are laid out, there weren't many chairs in the sun. The chairs we grabbed were by a trash can though, which wasn't exactly desirable.) Their lounge chairs are laid out to the top and left of the pool while the rest of the pool was lined with cabanas, daybeds, etc. We only spent about an hour and a half here, so we got a Mix & Match Bucket: bucket of 5 domestics ($38). I didn't order the beers, but we ended up getting all cans of Stella Artois. (I think we got charged for the domestic bucket. If not, the import / craft bucket is $42). It was a good for poolside drinking. Since the pool was so dead, none of us really got in and hung out. I just walked in about a third of the way to feel the temperature of the water. I'd say Pleasure Pools has been my least favorite pool experience in Vegas. Small and not that much going on. One plus though, they were playing good music. read more

While we were waiting for our room, we decided to go to the pool, it was 9:00 am. I suggest ordering the bucket of 12 drinks for $125.00 if you're going to be there a while. It will save you money and the waitress will continue to refill your ice and give you ice waters if you ask. They have limited ring floats in the pool to relax on. The music is definitely better after 12:00 noon as that's when the DJ started mixing and playing music. Cabanas are close to the pool if you decide to rent one. They're not far away from the pool like other places. We were at the adult pool 21 and over. There is a family friendly pool, however we did not visit that one. Not to much shade, so wear your sunscreen! We visited on June 4th, 2023. read more

I reserved a lounge chair by the south pool. When I checked in, they said they don't rent loungers anymore due to Covid, but the "upgraded" me to a daybed. I was not impressed at all at the set up for the pool area in this resort/hotel. When you get to the deck you don't even see the pools...you are welcomed by a concrete slab with the "free" lounge chairs and cabanas that don't even overlook or have a view of the pool. If you go up the steps to your right and left that's when you see either the adult pool, where you have to rent the chairs and cabanas for bottle service, or the general pool...both on the smaller side and aesthetically underwhelming. This pool area is disappointing considering it's Vegas and just about every pool I've been to here has been very nicely set up. If experiencing great pool days is part of your agenda on your Vegas trip, do not stay at PH. read more

Only giving it a 4 star because I liked the music at the bar WAY better than the music around the 21+ pool, and you have to walk to the cafe thingy to get food. It wasn't too crowded (however it was Wednesday). Drinks are spendy of course. But the bucket of beers. It keeps everything colder longer. I got the chicken tender meal with carrots celery and chips. It's was really good. Gomes with ranch and BBQ sauce too. I saw people getting busted left and right for smoking so not sure where you're suppose to smoke. But I applaud then for being strict on that. Just because you smoke, doesn't mean everyone else needs to smell it (I'm a social smoker but still totally down with the rule). There are lounge chairs, open bed cabanas, and enclosed cabanas. They cost money but the sign wasn't up for how much they were or I would have taken a pic. All around fun time. They also have a hot tub. They also have multiple corn hole stations and a second pool for families/kids. So win win. read more
