Absolute rip off. Do not spend any money for a cabana at the Scene Pool Deck in Planet Hollywood. All of the lower deck cabanas were filthy. We chose the least filthiest one and after being told someone would clean it, we just ended up cleaning it ourselves when no one showed up. Take note of the towel image I posted. That's how filthy it was after just one pass on the table. Ceiling fan doesn't work; TV doesn't work; safe doesn't work; and it's been almost 2 hours and we have not had any attendant come by even though I had to pay an "attendant gratuity" upfront. I am not sure if one of the two girls at check-in is suppose to be doing any of this, but one kept telling us she would bring water over but didn't because she got too busy. We're watching her right now and she doesn't look too busy especially when the two of them just stand there talking to each other.

I have stayed at this hotel before but it was the first time coming to the pool. On Friday I found out they close at 5pm. That's nuts, they want you in the casinos I get it but if I pay $58 resort fees then please stay open at least until 7pm! On Saturday they had a security check so I assumed they got pool party going on. However it was no Wet republic lol it wasn't even close to it, it was regular pool with the adult pool music on Spotify (no DJ) and not busy. Few party cabanas and I saw one with bottle service which was hilarious as it's like you go to a regular pool and suddenly there's a crew for bottle service lol. They serve at the pool but there's also a large bar with free water station. Plus is there's lots of activities including indoor games. That's where also bathrooms and little convenience window for drinks and foods is. Outdoor games too. The all ages pool was small and colder water. I didn't try the hot tub as I didn't even know there was one. Hard to put your stuff away pool side as everything is for sale only even chairs. The section between the two pools is non paying and luckily it wasn't busy there were available ones. I wanted to try to surfing thing however $125 is too much for me and I think most people because I hardly saw it on and people doing it all weekend. On Sunday there was no entrance check, you just walk in which was great as I brought my own beverages. Same as Saturday no DJ just Spotify. We had a good time. Weirdly enough my cover up disappeared while I was in the pool. Drinks start at $35!!!!! Luckily we knew this and prepared at the brunch in miracle mile shops where it was cheap! We did get a few and I gotta say the dole whip frozen drink was excellent!!!!! Recommended! Btw both days they did not check if you have a hotel room key. Another annoyance is the towels: one place for it only that also handles other reservations like cabanas activities etc which caused a line. And then the second day we had to wait for a clean batch to come in to get one. These are weird issues to encounter for a big strip hotel you'd expect an oiled machine working here nope PH got a lot to consider to improve in my opinion. For families this is probably fun but as a girls group for fun we won't be back here, especially the no free chairs by the pool was an issue. Even the Paris next door does that! Regardless, I did have a good time but that's thanks to the company of my group of girlfriends! Btw guest or no guest PH parking is not free!

The service by Rhonda was amazing an as the bartender Zach was the best. Made us the best drinks and the DJ was on point!! So glad PH brought a DJ back....the music was on point!

We stayed at Planet Hollywood over looking the pool area .The pool was such a vibe ! They have dj music on the weekends . There is two pools one all ages and also an adult pool . They also have a surf area that looks pretty cool .So in the adult pool when there is no DJ, they are always playing loud music by the pool. I love it !! I love music and it feels like a party when swimming. Sooo Vegas ! They have a bar by the adult pool and also in the middle of the patio area . If you go inside the bar area there is a-lot of foosball games and the restroom are located near there also . At the bar everyone was so friendly and attentive. Overall this was a fun Vegas pool we had a great time !

Find another pool. I came here with a group of 12. None of us will be back. There are so many options in Vegas. Don't waste your money or time. We arrived at 10 as the pool was opening. No one had been in the water yet and it was already filthy. At least start with a clean pool. No outside food is allowed, which would be fine if they actually had a decent menu. We started with tater tots. They were undercooked and soggy. So, we switched to hot dogs. Gas station hot dogs that have been out for 24 hours are more appetizing. Pizza is decent in a pinch but don't have high expectations. Our last issue was a discrepancy with our bill. The managers (Eric and Nick) came out to talk to us. We spent around $1000. You would expect that to gain some level of respect. Or at least the professionalism that a manager should carry themselves with. Wrong. There are so many different ways they could've handled it that would been appropriate. They chose none of them. There's no need to escalate an issue that should've been a quick fix. Not to mention it's their job. Hospitality classes are in order. No need to be hostile and degrading. Never again. read more

We stayed at PH Sept 2021 and rented a daybed at the south pool (21+). It was a lot of fun. Loud, definitely, but not having screaming kids was a plus. We got there right at 11am and had our pick of daybeds. Drink service was very prompt and loved our server! The safe under our daybed was broken but they had maintenance out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. We're going back this Sept (2022) and this time I reserved a premium cabana since I was booking far enough in advance that I wasn't paying premium prices! If you book far enough in advance, it's worth it to have a little more space to call your own. With the premium cabanas you also get 2 loungers so you can be in the sun if you wish or in the shade (standard cabanas apparently don't have loungers). They now also have food delivery via an app to the pool, which is nice. What I like is that it's not an overly raunchy frat party like some of the pools. It does get a little rowdy but that's what you expect for 21 and over! read more

We got there around 1:00 and the pool was so gross. The DJ today sucked, i don't even know how he got hired. I could have myself done what he did which was to just play songs and turn the bass up so it "sounds good". Overall disappointed read more

I went to PH's adult only Pleasure Pool on a weekday with my gf and three friends. We all had a great time and stayed the entire afternoon. Bottle service kept the booze flowing and the DJ was spinning top 40 and old school mashups. It was a good 30 something/older millennial atmosphere. This review and star rating, however, is specifically a critique of the service provide by Bria, our waitress/hostess and Chris, the bar manager/glorified cabana boy. We live in AZ. So Vegas trips are a regular event, many times each year, as it's a short road trip or a super quick flight away. This time we decided to try out a Groupon for a pool party. It got us a cabana, a fruit bowl, and a bottle of vodka at PH's Pleasure Pool, and we had to pay an additional $80 in gratuity beyond the groupon price. We also purchased a 2nd bottle later in the day. 18% auto grat on that one too. Service for the first bottle was bare minimum: ice stayed filled but beyond that our waitress had no idea how to provide good service: the little things are what matter. The refrigerator was filled with water BUT it also contained somebody else's leftover sandwich. Our private cabana was not so private as the walls between adjoining cabanas were completely open; we got to "enjoy" our neighbors cigar smoke. The remote control for our TV was missing a battery. Our bean bag like couch cushions had not been touched since the last party in the cabana, as the filling naturally shifted to an uncomfortable slope that made you nearly fall off the front end of the sofa. I fluffed and adjusted them myself multiple times so that my friends could actually sit on them comfortably. I also took responsibility for tidying up our cabana all afternoon, as our waitress took no time to dispose of used fruit garnish, straw wrappers, empty water bottles, etc. The straw that broke the camels back was when I had to fetch my own bucket of ice midway through our second bottle. We asked Bria and another waitress at least twice and I even asked Chris the manager for some ice. After asking Chris, I finished the last three quarters of my drink and used the bathroom: STILL NO ICE. So I head inside to get the ice myself. No sooner than I am handed my ice at the indoor bar, Bria shows up not with the ice that she has forgotten but my check with that 18% gratuity that she in no way earned. I asked to speak with a manager about having the auto grat removed. Bar manager Chris came over to the cabana, immediately followed by two different cabana boys with two buckets of ice. Five minutes into our conversation he tries to point out all the ice we have in our cabana as a counter argument to our complaint. He extends no empathy nor apology. He only points out that the service workers union mandates the 18% auto gratuity and that is why he can't remove it. I refuse to sign the credit card slip. He then proceeds to act like he is doing us a favor by not kicking us out. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't understand how night clubs and pools clubs can get away with such poor service and unappreciative, insulting treatment of their guests. If a restaurant provided service like this they would no longer be in business. read more

If you're looking for a large, Vegas-style pool... this is NOT it. It's currently 10:30 am and the sun hasn't even begun to shine on the (tiny) pool we're sitting by (the other one is currently closed). Both pools are about the size of a Holiday Inn pool in the Midwest. The majority of the pool area is concrete, so be prepared for extreme heat with little-to-no reprieve. Lesson learned... we won't be back. read more

I really enjoyed the gambling area of the Planet Hollywood pool. All the tables are Black Jack except one 3 Card Poker table. The dealers are friendly and it's a really fun atmosphere where it seems like pretty much anything goes. Everyone is really laid back!! read more

I honestly can understand why there's not a lot of reviews and buzz about The Pleasure Pool pool party at PH. It's a small pool and not your typical rage Las Vegas pool party. I went this weekend with my family and friends and let me just say we had SO MUCH FUN!!!! We got bottle service at our day bed and the service was fantastic, the DJ was great and we danced as if we were at typical Las Vegas pool party. This place is very low key atmosphere and great if you wanna party with your younger family members such as cousins and siblings etc. there were a few groups in cabanas and let me just say they all looked like they were having a blast! Also a bachelorette party. We stayed until the Bikini contest ended and it was so much fun! Apparently the day we went wasn't very crowded but to me it seemed like a great amount of ppl to enjoy the day with, so i cant imagine what a typical Saturday looks like (prob better!!). OVER ALL I do recommend The Pleasure Pool if u wanna relax and party at the same time and I def recommend going Saturday! I will def be going back next time I go to LV. read more

Wanted bling drink, had to go to two bars. Then it wasn't the same. That plus one other drink 80 bucks! A lot, even for Vegas. Not to mention pool was cold, dj sucked, and no chairs! I should have asked for a refund. Bummer. read more

We rented a cabana at the 21+ pool and it was overall a wonderful experience. Depending on where you're coming from in the hotel, locating the pool was kinda tricky so don't hesitate to ask staff. You have to take a specific elevator that will take you to the pool. Check in was easy, just show them your confirmation email or they can also look up by name on reservation. After check in, an attendant will escort you to the pool and will ask you which cabana location you want. We picked the "Santa Monica" cabana. There was a couch with throw pillows, fridge, platter of fruit, unlimited water bottles, designated server, a safe, a flat screen TV that works, misting system, towels and charging outlets. The cabana we chose did not have lounge chairs due to location, but some do. The overall crowd was friendly and the pool...well I can't say it was immaculate so I don't recommend doing lap swimming or opening your eyes underwater for us ladies at least. We rented our cabana on a Friday which offer cheaper rates vs a Saturday or Sunday. We had an awesome time hanging out with friends and would return and recommend. read more

This was the pool at our hotel. The drinks were good here. Just as expensive as anywhere else in Vegas. I liked that there was a 21+ pool and a family pool. It was nice being in a not so crowded area but there was still a DJ. The pools aren't super fancy like Caesars or the Flamingo, but they were definitely refreshing. There are also 2 hot tubs here which were lifesavers for our sore feet! read more

This area is home to several different pools ranging from smaller to larger ones. There's also a pool designated for adults only which is very nice. If you get thirsty or hungry there's a few options to order things from the servers walking around. It's very themed and it feels like you're in Greece.

Towels are up for grabs and readily available. There was plenty of seating (probably cuz it's not that warm) so we didn't need to reserve the large seats/cabanas for our large party. I was a bit bummed to not know the full "Sky Suite private pool" experience, but our kids had a blast playing in the pools!

My youngest (3) kept asking and wanting to swing.

Planet Hollywood Pool Deck Honestly, one of the highlights of our Vegas trip. The pool deck has a fantastic atmosphere, buzzing enough to feel like a proper Vegas experience but relaxed enough that you can actually kick back and enjoy yourself. The cocktails are fun, generous, and served with serious flair, nothing quite like a drink arriving with a sparkler in it to make you feel like you're living your best life. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and on the ball all day. Sun loungers fill up fast so get there early, but once you're set up it's pure bliss. Great music, gorgeous sunshine, and some of the best people-watching in the city thrown in for free. If you're in Vegas and need a proper pool day, this is the place. Tory and Kev at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas were absolutely amazing. From the moment we met them they were funny, friendly, and made my family and I feel completely safe and taken care of. They're genuinely cool guys and you can tell they enjoy what they do, which made the whole experience even better. HATED THIS PLACE, see my review of the Caesars pool to find out how to do pool areas correctly. Hung out at the 21+ pool area and if you miss the days of the Jersey's shore, like your music at a deafening level & you are an all-around terrible person. Make sure you come here. Other than the fact that I can say the water was wet I really don't have anything good to say about this place. Way overcrowded with people on top of one another. Unless you have rented an overprice, cabana don't expect the wait staff to pay you much attention. Miss this one if you have other options for pools. read more

Haven't tried the food yet, but the experience has been amazing thus far. From Rick checking me in (rockstar, helped me as I was frazzled just checking into hotel) to Arielle within pool area at daybed/towels check-in (bubbly, warm and so sweet), to Stacey, the waitress who brought my drink (friendly, capable and clearly on it) the service has been wonderful. Also the vibe poolside is just very chill. Have an appt later today and I'm about to see if I can push it to later - no joke. So I can hang here a bit longer. Most of the free deck chairs were taken when we got there, so we decided to see how much a daybed would cost. We talked to Sarah at the front desk to find out. She recognized us from a show we got pulled on-stage during the prior night, which was so random but nice. The last daybed ended up getting taken while we were talking with her, so she helped us get a full Cabana for a very reasonable price. We ended up having a great afternoon getting drinks by the pool, and Sarah checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and we're having fun. read more

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at!!!! Truly amazing and just the best overall treatment. What really sold it for me is the cabana host Sara and the pool manager, Michelle were outstanding. I had a great experience on the FlowRider located on the Scene Pool Deck in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. Manager Edward made sure we were situated and checked that we were well taken care of throughout our time there. Franky, the lifeguard, was on standby and made sure I stayed safe while riding, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Rhonda was phenomenal. Made our pool day with our nephew and friends on his 21st birthday very special. Great personality and service geared to the group. The food menu is more for a quick bite, but you can always order from Cesaers Eats and have something delivered. Clean atmosphere; and the burger place, a few floors below it, definitely got my senses going yum. Only negative, in my opinion, no chairs or seating, yesterday, unless you rented chair.
