Omg this place is so amazing. I went here for my first ever bikini wax for a trip. When I walked in, there was no waiting. She had everything set up for my appointment. Most people say there first time was the worse. But my first bikini wax was exceptional. She made sure that I was very comfortable in every way possible. She took her time to make sure I was ready every step of the way. I was given stress tools and libations to keep me as comfortable as possible. We talked the whole time which made everything go by so fast. She is the sweetest esthetician I have ever met. You can tell she really enjoys and loves her work. I wish i could give her more than 5 stars. From making my appointment - me leaving she was AMAZING!!!! I made my appointment through the app and the conversation was a more than just a beyond great customer service. I immediately felt comfortable just from that. I mistakenly didnt read through it and didnt read that it was inside another salon‍ so I got lost and I tried to call but my connection didnt go through. So sad I started to leave and I messaged her like sorry I was a no show I just got lost and apparently missed the part where she said it was inside the salon lol. Even with my mistake she was still so sweet and took me in, even though I was a little late and even though it was my bad! I just had to get my underarm wax for this service and she did amazing fast no pain but it was just my underarms lol. I plan to go back to her since I'm on a mission to transfer from shaving to only waxing. Her customer service was better than ANY other waxer I've ever had and the wax itself was pleasant. I get a wax once a year before my annual better man convention(boys Vegas trip). I've done waxing at nail salons, wax places and have tried sugaring. All did good but always hurt during, while and after. I have sensitive skin and it would be on fire for atleast 2 days after. My wife went to her and said it was by far best bikini wax she has had.
