    Front screen door.

As we continue to update the house, we wanted to add a screen door at the front. Allow for air flow, nice design and give the dogs the opportunity to look out the front. Asked the neighbors for recommendations and they said try The Screen Doctor. Called them up, Evan answered and off we went. They came over, provided options, and install they did. Looks amazing and really adds a nice touch to the front door. Definitely recommend them, and customer service is top notch.

Love our new screen doors. Family owned business. Transaction was pleasant and swift. We got the thicker screen and it's really nice. Being custom there is no room for critters to enter under door.

    My son's new screen door!

If you need new screens or a new screen door, I highly recommend The Screen Doctor! This is a great family business in Murrieta and I can only tell you how I am always happy and pleased with their workmanship, their attitudes and their products and prices! Please consider this company if you consider these attributes significant in your life! I have used them multiple times over the last 20 years and have always been happily satisfied!

My screen door for my slider was replaced about two years ago. It was a very poorly made door and very frustrated that it only lasted a short time before giving me problems. Went for a search on Yelp and found the Screen Doctor. Great reviews and returned my call within an hour. Got an appt set up for a couple days later. Kirby and his son showed up and after discussing options they took measurements and went to work. They fabricated a nice and I'm going to say heavy duty screen door. They use 2.5 inch framing. My old door was a 2 inch frame. My new screen door slides back and forth with ease now. No more struggling to go back and forth. Very nice job and quite happy. I definitely reccomend the Screen Doctor

Amazing service! I can see why they're 3 weeks booked out when I called them... their team came over right on time, fixed what was needed and more and were very professional. I originally thought I would maybe need a new door for $250 - $300 but they were honest and just said I needed a few adjustments and some wheels... luckily, they were also able to repair the broken screen my son had ripped 2 days prior. Literally in and out in 30 minutes!

Throughout the entire process, Ben and Ivy were fantastic to work with. They were always responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No renovation of this size is ever completely stress-free, but they always addressed our questions and concerns quickly and worked hard to keep everything moving. What we appreciated most was their commitment to meeting our deadline so everything was finished before our family arrived from overseas. They went above and beyond to make that happen. The quality of the work turned out great, and we're so happy with our new bathrooms and kitchen. We highly recommend Ben, Ivy, and their team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional remodeling company.

Throughout the process, we felt pressured to proceed with the maximum financing available. We also did not receive a detailed cost breakdown from Ben and had to ask to speak to someone else. He told us many times "sorry, this is good as I can do, it's a bundle deal", which made us uncomfortable feeling like he was hiding prices from us. After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations.

If you're looking for a team that combines skill, creativity, and reliability, Element Pools is the way to go. TJ and Kyle were there along the way to answer any questions that came up (and we had a lot of them). Element Pools gave us a yard that will be filled with memories for years to come!

We were actually really excited to work with him and were looking forward to receiving his quote. He told us he would have the quote to us by Monday, but Monday came and we heard nothing. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer before calling. There was no answer, so he left a message. Still nothing. I then tried reaching out through Instagram, thinking maybe there had been a misunderstanding or he had simply gotten busy, but again, no response. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. If you're too busy to take on a project or decide it isn't a good fit, that's completely understandable--just communicate that. We were genuinely interested and ready to move forward. Being completely ignored after taking the time to meet with someone is frustrating and, unfortunately, left us with a very poor impression.

Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).
