As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence.
