I received a gift certificate here and decided to get a 90 minute massage. Lei gave an awesome massage and all of the staff was really friendly! The only turn off that may keep me from going again is that twice during my massage someone (I am assuming another staff member) walked into the room to grab some stuff and exchanged a few words with Lei then walked back out. I've never had that during a massage. It definitely was a bit uncomfortable and weird. Also thought it was odd that it was not even acknowledged as an accident or one off situation. We booked a 90 minute couples massage as a treat on Saturday. I will say that this was absolutely the best massage we have ever received. This was not the standard, let's do routine for 90 minutes and you're done. They took the time to really ask about where we needed focus and then went to work. They took their time and worked out knots I didn't even know were there. They added in other stretches and hot stones and even cupping at one point and when I tell you that was the most personalized massage, it was beyond incredible!! It was a wonderful experience. These two ladies are very professional, really know their field, and provided a very relaxing and refreshing time. We did the Herbal Soak & Foot Massage, Express Facial, and Stress & Tension massage. All of these services were amazing. Lei and Tre's sweet spirit put us at ease and gave a personal touch. Being in a corporate building was a bit different but their set up is very peaceful. There is a pond and walking trail outside the building so as we left we went out and enjoyed this space which was the perfect cap off to the day. We will definitely be returning. read more

I booked 2 appointments Saturday before Mother's Day. I went into the spa and asked to reschedule one and keep the other. I show up later that day for my appt. to find the building door locked. I called the spa and received a text from someone that said they were with a client. I responded that I had an appt. No one replied I waited outside the locked building for 10 minutes then left. I showed up the following Tuesday for the first missed appt. After driving 1 hour to get there, the therapist texted me and said she didn't have keys to get in the building and can I rebook. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I asked for a refund for the $60 I paid for 2 appts. I never heard from the owner. I then disputed the charge. She then charges my card for $26. I never received any services or an apology for wasting my damn gas twice. I booked based off the reviews but my experience was horrible. read more

It's located in an a office building complex which at first I thought was a strange place to have a spa... but it couldn't be more perfect... at least for me because I work in the same area... I had gotten a 60 min integrated massage with Lei. She was very friendly, honest, and super easy to talk to. She applied the right amount of pressure and made the experience very relaxing. Normally, I get nervous (amt of conversation, what am I supposed to do, undressing etc) but she made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning to end... the location is literally in an office building and so the massage room looked like an office with a massage table instead of a desk... but she did such an amazing job that it didn't really take away from the experience.
