This one seemed the easiest to schedule. While not having a storefront, it was simple to schedule a meeting time at a convenient place where my knife was expertly sharpened. I was surprised at the number of customers he had when I arrived to drop my knife off; he obviously has a reputation for his craft. I went for a coffee and half an hour later returned to pick it up. Prices are fair and I am quite happy with his work.

I dropped them off to him while I was on my lunch break and they were ready within an hour and a half. He quoted me $51 for everything, he said he would do what he can with the bread knife because he doesn't really do serrated. When I showed up for pickup he tested each knife to cut a piece a paper and all of them were SHARP! I saw the work he did the bread knife and it was GREAT. I insisted I pay for the work he did with the bread knife. My girlfriend loves to bake bread so a good bread knife is a must in our household. Total for all my knives were $61 ....... 10/10 I highly recommend!

I had a chance to speak to Mike over the phone before I had them sharpened. Basically this company deals in bulk and the prices drop per knife the more that the customer sharpens. We had about 20 knives to sharpen and they ended up being about 7 dollars a knife when it was all said and done. The part that was pretty cool is that they send you an empty box directly to your house. It comes with a shipping label and some packaging material. After the knives were shipped back I got a phone call personally from Mike confirming that everything was perfect on my order. I cannot even begin to describe how sharp these knives were. Time Palace did an incredible job: the owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and knew what I needed after a two second glance at the watch. He educated me on the types of shears I had and the his process in sharpening them with all of the different tools he had. Upon pickup, he had me check how well they cut with human hair extensions he had ready so that he could make any needed adjustments. Long story short, I brought expensive shears I had bought preowned not realizing that they may have been sharpened incorrectly before so he had to fix somebody else's work. He was so kind and didn't make me feel bad about it and was overall just so pleasant to work with. He sharpens all sorts of tools including garden, groomer, kitchen knives, clippers, etc. He's also mobile so long as there is a driveway for him. Please check him out!
