Deep provided excellent customer service by advising me to check with the representative first before purchasing additional packaging. I thanked him, as that advice could have saved me $6.49. That said, it was well worth the cost for such outstanding service--not just because I could have saved money, but because not all representatives take the time to offer helpful information or go the extra mile these days.

My wedding ring was loose and I needed a jeweler to tighten up my diamond. I didn't realize there was this store here that is fairly close to my house which is nice. I stopped in and they only charged me $40 I think or $45 to tighten the ring. They were very nice. Unfortunately the ring got loose again, but they tightened it again without any charge which was very nice of them. When they were tightening my ring I was walking around and looking at the other items they had and they looked very nice. A variety of different jewels and stones available. I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. He said that he's never seen that color before. Definitely recommend them for jewelry and other services they provide.

Cad just came out to my home to spray for ants. He did a good job and explained everything to me…read moreabout the spray and the company. I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. That means everything to a business.
