    Excellent UPS store. The people inside have helped me multiple times with a range of services, from complicated Amazon returns to notary assistance. Very quick, efficient, and accurate service, and UPS always has among the best shipping and packaging costs--a good value and a good experience at this location.

    Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This UPS privately owned franchise store are making fraudulent charges and I believe this store discriminates against Latinos they charged me 5 dollars to print a black and white return shipping label for an amazon package. For example, printing a label from a UPS store may cost around $3, while using an email to print a label can be as low as $1.50 for file processing and printing. The receipt seems fraudulent the transaction ID didn't' register on the UPS online website and customer service from corporate couldn't justify the charge. I'm sure I'm not the only person that they've done this too. The next step is to walk in the store and talk to the owner in front of his face to confront him on this ridiculous charge!!!!!!

    UPDATE: I want to clarify that I was not "frustrated," nor did I ask anyone to do anything illegal. The employee initiated the encounter by stepping aside and yelling to himself, "I'm so tired of everyone treating me like I'm fing stupid." I paused and calmly said, "Let me find the right number." He then went to the back and began screaming that I was "fing stupid along with other insults. Another employee witnessed the entire incident and appeared visibly uncomfortable. I'm asking that you take accountability for this unacceptable behavior and issue a proper apology. Please do not deflect responsibility or suggest that I was attempting anything unlawful that is both inaccurate and inappropriate. Original Post: I had a scheduled fingerprinting appointment at this UPS location, and the experience was incredibly upsetting. The employee unexpectedly began yelling profanities at me and cursing me out without provocation. I was so shaken by the verbal abuse that I had to leave immediately. I reported the incident to UPS corporate, and while they assured me it would be investigated, no one ever followed up. It's extremely disappointing to be treated this way and then receive no response or accountability. This was not only unprofessional it was deeply distressing. I expected a basic level of respect and safety from a company like UPS, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking.

    Since when did they start charging for UPS products, such as padded packs and envelopes? i have never encountered this before at any UPS store. Maybe it's a new thing? I came in to finish up some paperwork that had to go out - I had a label but needed a padded pack and a pouch for the label. I asked the young man behind the counter and at first, he pointed me towards the wall of generic envelopes, etc. Then I asked if they had a UPS padded pack and he went and got one, then handed it to me. At no point was I told it would be $3. At any rate, I proceeded to put the label in the pouch, and affixed to the padded pack, then placed my documents inside before sealing the pack. The self service machine was out of order so I stood in line. When it was my turn, I asked for a receipt and the young man behind the counter told me it would be $3 for the padded pack. I was confused and told him I have over 25 padded packs at home that I got for FREE from UPS and the only reason I asked for one was for sheer convenience. At any rate, I ended up leaving with my documents, confused and annoyed. Is UPS going downhill that it's now charging customers for their products? Or is it just this store? I just wish the guy who handed me the UPS padded pack would have told me I'd be charged $3 for it, it would have saved me time.

    First off As a…read morecompany, I do not like FedEx. They lie. Then there is the atrocious auto dialing and customer service phone system. Horrible. However, they are generally the best option for shipping outside of the USPS timeframes for availability. This FedEx location has some of the best employees. Quick, helpful and polite. I've been to this location several times in the past few months for shipping large items. The wait times are short, the staff answer questions accurately and I've always felt they have been very helpful. I'm happy at least this location has quality employees to ensure at least my packages get a good start to the next destination!

Started out just fine with a wonderful employee that was very polite and helpful. She got me all up to speed so I could do my printing. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for your work and helping me. However: (cue music of a doomlike quality). I went to the machine to get started on my little project. I was getting a bit flummoxed. I saw that another customer was being attended by a fella who was helping him with his issue. So I quietly waited for their transaction to finish. The employee sees that I'm waiting and comes over to assist me. I in my jovial and usually self deprecating manner explaining to him my misfortune with the infernal machine. You know keeping it light. But I don't know what went wrong. I was just communicating with this individual when he cut me off and said "let me finish". All kindness, humor and understanding has officially left my body. I have to now get out of the store immediately before I lose my temper. Because before this negative interaction I was in a really good mood. I tell him I have to go now. So I return to the front counter and return all my cards and such to the pleasant lady that helped me in the first place. Apparently I have no poker face whatsoever. She asks if everything is ok. I confirmed that it's nothing she or anyone else there has done(I'm desperately trying to extricate myself before I lose it). But, I tell her there was that guy over there who is patently rude and unprofessional. She apologized. i reiterated that it wasn't her fault. Now I'm feeling kinda half bad. This is now making me even more mad. I leave. OK that's about it. Not saying that this location is a no-go but it definitely needs to train it's staff in the fine art of customer service.
