My husband and I entered in a rent to own agreement for one of the sheds on this lot. We have bought 6 other buildings from 2 other companies and start with RTO and payoff within the first couple months. We stopped to look at a greenhouse but fell in love with a cute 10x12 and went online and purchased... Everything was good and my husband really liked the guy who delivered the building... We paid 2 months as part of the contract. In the second month we had a horrible experience with the payment management company back east. Although we signed a contract with specific terms the company kept quoting their own policies outside of the contract terms. The interactions were horrible. We decided to end our month to month agreement. I thought maybe we should reach out to the local company to let them know what transpired and even thought of just paying off the shed up front. However the conversation with the Bonners Ferry office was not much better so we are terminating our relationship. I highly recommend you look at other sheds sellers in the area...the Shed Center is about $1,000 more on comparison sheds. read more

In the process of putting up the new building, I had to build a new chicken coop and run. I got a quote and purchased all of that lumber from Discount for a great price. Most recently, I reached out to Chris about getting the metal for my pole building now that we are almost to that step. He worked with my builder and sent me a quote. We purchased 8 tons of pea gravel, assuming what we were getting would be your typical pea gravel…read morethat you would use in a dog kennel or playground, what we received was 8 tons of mostly fines with tiny pieces of rock, something you would never want your dogs or children to play in as this crap will end up everywhere. Their pictures on their website certainly do not reflect their actual products. I called/brought in a sample thinking I possibly was delivered the wrong item, I was told by the owner that's too bad and I'm stuck with it. No apologies, no credit, no how can we make this right, I was just told I'm the only person to ever complain about it, which I find really hard to believe. I will add, the girls in the office were very kind and helpful, the owner is a different story. I took the product I received to two other landscape companies and both agreed what we received was not pea gravel at all, one even joked saying it looks like something you would find on a beach. I ended up having to purchase pea gravel that wasn't falsely advertised as such from another company, doubling what my budget for my project should have been. I have had several deliveries in the past from Bark Boys, but I will not be spending my money there in the future. Spokane Boys now has my business going forward.

I had heard great things about their sandwiches and had to try them out. It was pretty busy when we arrived on the weekend, but the line moved quickly, and we got our order in without much of a wait. We ordered a ham and cheese, a Reuben, and a grilled cheese with tomato soup. The kids got an apple cider slushy, which they loved, and I went for the traditional Apple cider. I would have loved to try their amazing chai, but it was too hot today (I prefer my chai tea hot). They couldn't make the pumpkin donuts fast enough because it was busy. They were delicious After we finished our meal, we had a great time browsing around inside the cute little shop, and then we went outside because there were a couple of local vendors. What really caught my attention was all the wall cat clocks they had which they had in various colors. You know the Felix looking cats with the eyes that look left and right. It was kind of crazy to see them all lined up above the cash register. Definitely a unique shop to take a look at and venture into when you're in downtown.
