This was from the same tap and tried to pass it off as fine. What a joke.

This place used to be decent and it's terrible now. We had two apps and both were just not good. The special egg rolls were dry as dirt and the fog pizza was just a glop of cheese. Then to top it off the bartender at the bar tried passing Goff these two beers from the same tap as normal (see picture). I had to ask guys next to us what they thought and they laughed as it was a complete joke. So many other local options to choose from. Sad to see this place turn this way.

Good food and plenty of options on the menu. Good craft beer selection, including some of my favorites with Trillium, Widowmaker Blue Comet, Maine Lunch and a bunch more. I had the short rib tacos and they were good. The kettle chips were also delish, couldn't stop eating them.

Great service, great atmosphere, great food. Liz F took care of us, was kind and courteous, gave us a rec or two. Chicken wings and bbq turkey tips were the clear winners! Loved a fresh wing, crispy saucy as it should be. The turkey was not dry! Love that as sometimes people serve them dry and tough, sirloin was good as well, but the sauce there was so heavy on the alcohol I felt like you could take it as a shot. Restaurant was clean, hostess was kind and friendly to our need as well. Would definitely comeback especially being so close to the wrenthem outlets!

Korean brisket quesadillas. Half eaten Caesar salad.

Back again. I was here a month ago for work and now I'm back. As soon as my company told me I would be coming back I knew I had to come back to The Shed for a whiskey and Korean brisket quesadilla. If you haven't been to The Shed you're missing out on Half priced burgers on Monday and the best Caesar salad you've ever had. The croutons are made of corn bread!!! D E L I C I S O U S!

So the food was good; not the chili. Corn chowder was delicious. Buffalo tenders delicious. Service was great. So why only 2 stars. Let me tell you. We were told 45-55 minute wait. We waited as we were called three women walked up to hostess station where they were told 45-55 minutes so they said forget it and started to turn around. Then the co-owner/manager said NO come with me I'll sit you right now and he did. WTF there were a lot of ppl waiting the 45-55 minutes and they only had to say forget it and manager would've sat them. No way. I said "hey that's not right" but he ignored me and sat the women. Extremely inappropriate Frustrated me and I had already waited my turn. Saw many ppl still waiting I wanted to scream out loud what he had done but this is good enough. Just not right as far as I am concerned.

Life is short F....it up! Family, Flavor, Friends Decided to go for an early dinner and finally check out this place which had opened recently. For those of you who have been following me, you know that I'm always looking for that burger so read the reviews. The double stack Smashburger was the thing to get. we got the muscles, which were done very well as expected, but what the thing that made it great was the garlic bread for dipping into the muscle sauce. You would never think that a simple garlic bread could change the experience, but definitely worth a try. Moving onto the burger nice presentation stacked very well on a brioche bun. I have to say that I did not get the.mmmmmm factor that I thought I would. But it was a solid burger perhaps the bear tainted my taste buds when I had the bite or it tasted a little more acidic from the pickles and the special sauce. The bright side was the garlic fries now these are special probably one of the best garlic fries that I've had so if you're in the area, definitely check this place out

You know how sometimes you chase flavors? I mean you have something once and it sticks with you. My uncle used to make teriyaki wings for family parties. I never got his recipe but when I tasted Sheds wings- it brought me back to standing over a tray of my uncle's wings at a family gathering. Thank you for that Shed! But I will say- don't be so lite handed with the sauce. I like a lot of sauce. No A1. I was ready to order steak tips but no A1 sealed that deal for me. I pivoted and we went with sharing wings, fries and buffalo dip. I can share, the menu at first sounded good but as I read ingredients I was then thrown into a situation of I like everything but one ingredient in a few things. Then I felt more limited. The buffalo dip- why are cooked onions in there? This was not in the description so it wasn't a pleasant surprise. I found it difficult to scoop the dip because the onion was then an issue flopping off and being messy. I have never had onions in a buffalo dip and in my opinion they can stay out. Overall we had a nice waitress. Clean, sleek atmosphere. Do they have an overflow problem? Yes. We were crowded by people waiting for tables around our table. This was weird to me. I want to like this place but... it fell flat for me.

Great spot and worth the drive. If you love food and good Bourbon this is your place. Warm Cozy feel, well lit and spacious. I enjoy sitting at the bar and talking it up with the bar tenders when they have a min. Fish tacos were great. The chicken tenders are some of the best around. Their home made blue cheese and ranch is A+. Can't wait to go back..

So much promise based on website and menu but actual restaurant and food did not deliver. We made it a point to go here after seeing the Sunday brunch menu online. Expecting a fabulous brunch we were let down with the overall food quality and value. The French toast was thin bread, barely soaked in egg mixture and overcooked. The 14 dollar brunch drinks were no more than an 8oz glass and absolutely nothing special. Our waiter was constantly distracted and not at all attentive. Our food was dropped and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the waiter to finally come around to request ketchup for the home fries. Sorry, this will not be a repeat from this customer.

3.5 STARS . First time visiting. The interior looks nice. All of the food served looked great. My guest and I each ordered a Reuben sandwich, our server Ari said the sandwiches come with homemade potato chips or we can choose any other side at no additional charge. Maybe I misunderstood her. We were charge two dollars for sweet potato fries. The food presentation looked great , my only complaint including my guest was the sandwiches were both dry. I don't think it had any Russian dressing on it, so I asked for a side of Russian dressing and my guest asked for a side of mustard. I informed Ari our server before we left that our sandwiches were extremely dry, I did like the coleslaw mix It was fresh and crunchy , however the sandwiches were lacking in moisture kinda tough to chew. I had a Maine Lunch Draft and it was the freshest Maine Lunch draft that I've had I will give them another try, because the food looked great and the beer selection Go ahead and try them yourself !!

I had the grilled octopus which was delicious and tender with a Mediterranean flair. I took a side of garlic broccoli which could have been cooked just a little bit more but was delicious. My wife had the fish and chips which I stole. A little bit of the chips were the best I've had. The fish was delicious. Of course we had to have a traditional old fashioned smoked which was quite a treat. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. Funny and welcoming.. but what really killed it was the ambiance and Old Stone building with beautifully appointed decorations. It was a place that I would love to spend more time in. If you're ever in the area, we highly recommend it.

Love the build out in the old mill building…read more It's interesting that they distill their own liquors, but it's not the main attraction as they are all variations of things you easily find a ton of, either at most liquor stores or even from other area distilleries like Bully Boy. We've had fantastic food there in the past. Also some great drinks. There are a few reasons for the three though. One is that food can be hit or miss and I think prices are far too high for both the area and what you get. Example shown in my pic was a $35 "Steak Frites" entree, which was you can see is basically steak tips with tater tots and some random veggies and sauce put together in what was not the most appetizing manner. Unless the tots were handmade with exotic ingredients, this is not how a Steak Frites should be done, and even then Tots are a pretty low end alternative. Cocktails also on the high side, though the presentation of the smoked ones was really nice, even if the taste didn't warrant the price. Inside the place gets very noisy and the seating is too compacted, probably because they use a large part of the original building for the distillery operation. Also we went on a weekday, and their entire lot was filled, forcing us to find a grass strip to drive onto and park on. I think the reason was they had a private party on the second floor - I think perhaps they allowed too many guests there which took up most of their parking. Last thing about the menu .. we like that it changes, but this week there were not one but several dishes featuring Gochujang - an unusual flavor for sure, which I do like, but when I see something like that peppered across a menu it speaks to cost cutting in terms of trying to stretch one key ingredient. Just not that thrilled with where the menu is at the moment. The outside seating area is great and eliminates the interior noise problems. And I'll add we had a fantastic server! We will definitely come back, but if the prices remain as high and the food and drinks continue to be a mixed bag, that may not remain the case. And please don't overbook private parties unless you can take over the industrial business next door and expand the parking significantly.

My waitress was lovely and efficient, and I also didn't feel rushed. What made it a four star experience rather than 5 stars for me was the ambiance. The music was horrible--like 1980's big hair band type music. It was such a bizarre contrast to the rest of the upscale ambiance, which looked & felt more like a steakhouse. To my chagrin, it wasn't just one "off" song either...the awful selections kept coming throughout the meal. The music gave it more of a dive bar vibe, and it was so completely offputting that I left sooner than I otherwise would have. It honestly gives me pause when I think about coming again. And that's a real shame because I'd like to bring others here to share the amazing eats. I may try it again on another day. But if the music is the same, I'll be walking right back out the door.
