Really dissapointing experience with the two employees running the store around noon today. There was a lady in line waiting for her package- which she showed reciept to. Wasted several minutes while she kept saying her package was right infront of them (on the counter). They ignored her. Finally at the end one of the two looked where she was pointing and low and behold it was her package. Then the two employees started bickering over who didnt read the label correctly I needed a notarization- couldnt do it. I wanted a passport photo- couldnt do that either. One of the employees is dressed like a bum, the other one cant read. My weekday experiences have been good, but this weekend was a major setback. read more

Would have given a 0 but u can't. I heard they had public notary services so I went it. First off the girl doing the notary work appeared to be all of 17 years old , pretty sure she was NOT the actual notary. Idk if they must use a book but she didn't have one just used the computer. The ink that was being used for her notary stamp was a light violet in color I was pretty sure it was NOT GONNA FLY for what I needed done but was in a hurry ,paid the $20.00 and went on my way. Well SURE ENOUGH it was rejected by the county clerks office . This delayed my whole process .. DONT GO THERE FOR THE NOTARY SERVICE. If u do make sure they use a dark ink like black or navy blue or deep purple... Something tells me they may not even be ligit .. read more

"manager" is useless and had when I said this location put my label on someone else's package she didn't offer any apologies & just handed me the tape and said here you can do it yourself then. Unbelievably inefficient. I know my box is there. It seems nobody who works there can change delivery time or delivery address. Gave me a "800 customer service number," except that went to a car dealership. I've tried logging into the website but its always down. This UPS store has the nicest employees. One of them always seems to be present when I run in with a quickie inexpensive task. The one employee (I forget his name must love his job. He's so helpful with everything. He makes my visits quick and easy. Whether it's a PDF on the run, copying or miscellaneous tasks. I feel confident in that what they are doing for me is correct. Which I find very valuable with so many people clueless at their jobs nowadays or disinterested with helping clients/customers. This store does UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please ask or call for pickup times because the USPS at this location also picks up between 2-2:30pm. Some of the other benefits they offer are PDF's, notary, gift cards, and basic stamps. This location offers the following which I find at premium prices but sometimes convenience is more important. They do offer certified mail which is not offered at every location, boxes, bubble wrap and properly wrapping gifts or whatever securely and post office boxes. Check their website also for other and new technology they may offer. In a big nice strip center a couple doors away from Gigi Cupcakes :))! read more

I was mailing a package and they pulled my address on file. Lucky for me I asked which one it was and he was about to print out an old address! So make sure they are printing out correct labels when shipping. Pricey. read more

Horrible customer service and my order was not delivered to my home twice. I paid over 599 dollars for the purchases. one was delivered to my neighbor the other to the office in my complex 5 blocks away. I've been him waiting for my packag only to see she passed my home to deliver it elsewhere, I'm no longer dealing with Amazon because of this and requesting a refund because of this lazy driver in The Woodlands who cannot do her job. read more

I've been going here for 2 years now enjoying every time I have come in knowing that they take great care of the packages from helping me to packing. Truly impressed with how quickly I was in and out! My fiancee went to this store and told them where we lived and they said they were the closest store to us, so she opened a mailbox only to find that a brand new UPS store had just opened half the distance to our house, which they would have been aware of. She went back the next day and they refused to refund her money, even though she explained that she is battling stage 4 cancer and could ill afford to waste the $291 they charged her. They refused to refund the money, so she went to the UPS store located at 9803 Hwy 242 and opened another mailbox. Don't do business with these people!!! read more

Worst UPS store ever. They had 2 employees working there and all they were doing was chit chatting with some customers while the line continued to grow. They had zero urgency. Absolutely clueless. I waiting in line for almost a half hour just to drop off a package that was already prepaid. Unbelievable. One employee was with a customer who came in and said he never received a package. Customer didn't have a tracking number, or anything, and the girl spent 25 minutes talking to him. Seriously? Hey, some people have lives you know. If you see a line continue to grow you might want to stop shooting the breeze with a customer and quickly get them processed. read more

Went there to mail an international express letter. A female associate checked their computer then told me :"we can only do 2-3 business day for $119". Although really expensive, I was happy that it would arrive on time. (Before stopping at this UPS, I was at the post office who told me it would be 5-7 business days for $ 60. I left to look around because 5 B. Days would be too late! ) I trusted the lady, and happily paid the 119 dollars. Too silly of me that I didn't read the little prints on the receipt stating it was also a 5-7 business days service!!!! So literally I paid them 60 dollars more (comparing to the usps I could have used) to have it shipped the same way ----- arriving past my deadline! I understand that I should have read every single letter of the receipt before leaving, but can you say their employee giving out wrong / confusing information should have not taken any responsibility? I called the UPS to complaint and never got a call back from the store, neither any refund to my card. So I guess, it was all my bad, deserving to pay more and have the trouble for having the item delivered late, all because I didn't read the receipt! So when u go there, don't trust what they tell you, read what is printed! Lesson learned. read more

I was Shipping a package that contained a new can of liquid primer in it I paid $21.25 for the shipping, and a couple days later I get a call from the customer stating the package arrived damaged, I called ups Corporate office to file a claim and they told me they had already started one, and could not give me an answer and that I needed to call the local ups store that handled the shipping for me. I called the local UPS store and they told me my claim was denied and no explanation given, They supposedly offer a $100 insurance per package for stuff like this now i come to find out this is a bogus insurance they advertise. Now I have lost my package worth $160 and shipping $21.25 and The UPS store refuses to do anything about it. You would think a Huge company like UPS would be stand up and do the right thing but they do not stand behind insurance. The reason the denied insurance claim is because the package was not packed by them, in that case they should have been upfront with their insurance policy. By the way if you Google UPS THEY HAVE A 1 star rating and hundreds of thousands of Negative reviews. read more

Took an item there to have them pack and ship. I knew it was going to cost extra but I wanted it done right. Turns out they packed it so badly that it came out of the box before it even made it to the terminal. Lost in shipping, was told by employee at the time of shipping they cover damages if they pack it, well not in this case I was told today. Will never use again SHIPPER BEWARE!!!!! read more
