Bar had two table tops and 2 people at bar besides us for a total of 12 people. When we sat down the woman bartender was directly infront of us. She didn't acknowledge us and I'd noted us for at-least 10 minutes while never being more than 5 feet away from us, her bar back never acknowledged us either. Easily could have ruined the night, but since we spent so much for hotel and it was NYE we just decided to leave, not letting whatever problems they were having become our problems. I have read all the reviews for the bar and the have an incredible amount of negatives which is surprising because the hotel aspect of it was amazing. We will definitely stay at hotel again and being that there are 30 restaurants within a block we will never need to experience the bar again. Manager Mo personally called me back (just as his assistant promised) and we quickly cleared it up. I was not charged gratuity on the pickup order -- that's why I'm updating and correcting my original post. Mo also shared how frustrated he is that Square won't let him remove the gratuity option for pickup orders. He believes customers shouldn't be charged gratuity on takeout. He mentioned that when placing online orders, you now have the option to simply select "No" for gratuity. I sincerely apologize to the entire team at X20 for my earlier comments. I'm grateful Mo took the time to resolve this so professionally and stood behind his brand. Thank you again, Mo -- your integrity and great service mean a lot.
