I was invited here as a part of a company dinner on a Friday night. Not sure if the place was booked solely for us or if they were just having a slow night. Our company had about 30 guests attend and aside from us there was about 3-4 other tables booked nearby that weren't part of our group. The place is pretty big and they had a dancer along with a singer perform. There wasn't a menu to order from, they just brought out multiple appetizers and sides for us which was great for me! Since I haven't really explored Mediterranean food, it was great being able to nibble here and there with all the different side salads, hummus etc. The main course was also provided the same, plates for the whole table to choose from different meat options as well as rice. What a shame it is to write this review for this place....I had high hopes for here as the atmosphere and menu looked promising. I was meeting up with a friend who had arrived about 20 minutes before me, not only did nobody greet them at the entrance to seat, but my friend ended up seating themselves because nobody approached them. They sat for 20 minutes alone without anyone approaching them or greeting them. When I arrive and I come to seat myself, and the restaurant had a good amount of people there, including a ton of children essentially running around. I let one of the workers know we've sat down at the location we did and I go and take my seat. We wait another 15 minutes and nobody come says anything to us....despite SEEING us there, I made sure of it... We got up and just left, can't believe that the service wasn't only bad...it was literally nonexistent. Overall, yikes! We just had our office Christmas party celebration here. We were told that the restaurant opened at 8pm on Friday night. As soon as you drive in you'll need to have your cart valet no other choice. The staffs where very friendly and attentive to our needs. You can see that they are kinda overwhelmed because we where a big party. But they will get our request eventually. Inside the restaurant is very clean and roomy. Nice place that can accommodate large parties with separate rooms. We had 100 plus people in our party. The food was great. They served us appetizers first which was lots of food and then the main course about an hour later. We had beef and chicken kabobs, ground lamb kafta. I really enjoyed the food but didn't get chance to order a regular menu to get the full experience. As far as the ambiance, food and service is great place to check out. read more

One of my worst experience in a Middle Eastern restaurant, especially on New Year's Eve costing our table almost $2300 for absolutely nothing. Their food was horrible service was Soso management forget about them. It all started when our table location was changed. We were right next to the dance floor, we ended up Literally in front of the doorway. They are two singers One of them was pretty good the other one I don't know where they found him at. for a New Year's Eve party honestly it was a very bad experience. Absolutely the worst place to go to! For started they made me valet my car for the empty parking lot. Then tried to charge me $7 for valet! I didn't want to order any food, I just wanted to socialize with my 3 other friends. They made me pay a flat rate of $49 for food that I didn't even want. Told me I had to get something. The chicken was not cooked! It was pink. The beef was rock hard burnt. He told us "it's good that way".. the heck.. somehow I leave spending 65 because they forced a gratitude fee on my check. First time coming here this past weekend and I really enjoyed it! I liked the entertainment; belly dancer, DJ and then a singer. Lot of good, fun energy. They have a few options when it comes to the menu, our table went with the appetizers option which is $40 per person. It comes with about 9 or so appetizers, most are in the photo I attached. I went there on a Saturday night. There was minimum cover charges, the valet parking was mandatory. Let's talk about food: Food was not bad.. However, they charge us 40 buck for small Mazza plate which is similar price to the dinner plate that we ordered. 3 of us ended up with a bill of 400$. The services was good. Show was very poor. Inexperience belly dancer and the singer was really bad. On top of that there was no DJ rather than a YouTube running with loud outdated songs. This place was pretty good for a large group. I came for an event with my school. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing place on the block and there is very limited parking. But the owner is extremely friendly and eager to serve. Servers are equally friendly and attentive. We had a large group but our waiter and waitress kept up by keeping the food coming, drinks flowing, and hookah on point (probably also because there was only one other group of people there). The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I'm not even sure what I ate throughout the night, but it was all great. Of the few items I remember, the doulma and chicken were really good. I'm torn. The food was great and the staff was friendly, but I can't say whether or not I'll be back here. It's a very large restaurant with great food, but something is up for us to have been there for a good three hours on a Friday night and have only one other group of people there. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed graciously with open arms! They sat us in front of a beautiful stage & told us entertainment was going to begin at nine o clock. Usually it is 40+ to stay for the full experience but they kindly let us stay without the Cover charge! So generous! The service and waiters/waitress were amazing! Specifically Amanda, a waitress that works here extended a warming welcome & provides further information about the entertainment and prices. She then said she would talk to her manager to let us dine without the cover charge and he allowed it! So amazing! My family of 6 including myself attended the event that occurred November 19, 2016 I had made a reservation a week and a half in advance because we were celebrating a surprise dinner for my father in law that day (Nov. 19) and there was no price mentioned but when we got there we got told that there would be a $100 fee per person because of that night's event and to top it off we got placed on the corner table beside the stage speakers the performance and food was great but the lack of communication of both pricing and the fact that we didn't get to choose where we were most comfortable sitting and the pricing was a bit much for the service all in all I don't see myself or my family coming back to this place read more

I always love trying new things, so we drove from Fontana to Upland with a few of our friends. It wasn't difficult to find this location. We pulled into the parking lot and were quickly stopped by a man, telling us that we needed to pay for Valet Parking. We figured it was a fancy restaurant so we agreed and got out of the car. My boy's car is a manual transmission, and he asked the man if he knew how to drive it. The man told us that he could, hopped in my boyfriend's car, did a burnout, and then proceeded to grind the gears... That was strike one. It was a Friday evening, so they had a salsa dancing event. We were seated outside and were given the menu. We had a few questions about the hookah and the specialties about it, but the waitress was completely clueless about it. We ordered the a white grape with mint hookah and also a lamb kabob with a side of fries. We noticed a second larger group that came after us. They ordered after us and got their food and hookah quicker than we ever received our order. After what seemed like forever, the hookah finally came out and as well did the food. The hookah was very smooth never burned, but we didn't taste any mint. We alerted the waitress about it and all she said was "Oh, that sucks." Strike two. We were seated next to the parking lot and noticed a lot of customers driving through the parking lot with out being stopped. It seemed as if we were the only ones scammed for the valet parking. The piece of paper he gave us was a torn up index card scribbled with a green marker. The food was alright. The lamb was super dry, the hummus was alright. Pita bread- I've had better. The only thing I really enjoyed were the french fries. I was in a rush to leave the restaurant because it was getting late and I needed to drive back down to San Diego, so we asked the waitress for the check. We paid and waited for the check to return. 20 minutes went by, and I saw the waitress talking to one of her coworkers laughing. I was really annoyed so I personally walked up to the counter to ask for the check. My waitress saw me and quickly hurried back into the hallway while her coworker said "Oh she's working on it." Really now? Could have sworn I saw them laughing to each other. Finally, we paid and headed back to the parking lot, but the man still had our keys. It took him a good 5 minutes to finally give them back because he was running back and forth trying to collect money from other incoming guests. We had already paid him. Why couldn't he just return the keys? Then, he ran to the car and drove it up front. But honestly, the car was only 50 feet away. We could have easily been out of the area by the time he finally got our car. Strike three. The atmosphere was awesome, I must admit. But with my experience, the service was terrible. The website says they have taco Tuesdays. My friends told me to come here on Wednesday where they have fried Red Snapper prepared the middle eastern way, that comes with french fries, salad, hummus, and baba ganoush while being serenaded by a pretty good Arabic singer. I foolishly came at 7:30, and the singer doesn't start until 9:30. Not everyone on our table wanted the whole fried snapper, so the waiter gave us the mixed kabob plates for the same special. The food was excellent. I want to come back another day and try their Royal Mezza so I can compare it to Eden Garden in Glendora. We were a table of 3 and tip was already added on our bill.
