I told her that I was looking for something to wear to a funeral and she asked "was it someone local" and when I said no, that was the end of the conversation...no empathy, no sorry, no nothing. I needed different sizes in the dressing room, but she was too busy chatting up friends. I mentioned that I was going to be a pall bearer and she said "that's strange, women are NEVER pall bearers"....Poor old gal, she's stuck back in the '50's. Not a good human either. Frankly didn't care. I don't like the quality of clothes anymore....sionara! Don't expect to wear a ball cap and jeans in here...you'll get ignored.....

She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted. My mother finally left, and she'll never return, which I suspect is what the associates at this store want. May you all have the day you deserve.

I understand that you have the right to your policies, but I also have the option to spend my money elsewhere. I still like your store, but given when I have a free minute I walk my dog, it looks like our paths won't meet up. I'm so sorry that your experience was so negative that it drove you to implement this policy, but it seems unfortunate given the number of local and visiting dog owners. If NOAA and city communicated incorrectly, business should have a conversation with them. After we were able to rent paddle boards we did enjoy using them for the full time we rented them.
