It took a good 5 minutes to be greeted and another 5 for her to ask me if I needed help....there were 3 other ladies in there that she recognized. I told her that I was looking for something to wear to a funeral and she asked "was it someone local" and when I said no, that was the end of the conversation...no empathy, no sorry, no nothing. I needed different sizes in the dressing room, but she was too busy chatting up friends. I mentioned that I was going to be a pall bearer and she said "that's strange, women are NEVER pall bearers"....Poor old gal, she's stuck back in the '50's. Not a good human either. Frankly didn't care. I don't like the quality of clothes anymore....sionara! Don't expect to wear a ball cap and jeans in here...you'll get ignored.....

I burned it twice and there is absolutely NO SMELL AT ALL. I even enclosed it in a small bathroom and burned it for an hour. Nothing. Maybe whoever manufactured it forgot to put the scent in mine. Such a disappointment for such an expensive and small candle. Won't shop there again.

States that they do not open when yellow flags are flying at the beach. 7/19 we were at North Beach from 830 a.m to 3 p.m. Sunday we were there from 9 a.m. till 3:45 p.m and the flag nearest to where we were was green the entire time (near the line of the private beach). If NOAA and city communicated incorrectly, business should have a conversation with them. After we were able to rent paddle boards we did enjoy using them for the full time we rented them.

We were at the circular area with the fall shackets. Everything was packed right on the racks. As I grabbed one sweater from the rack the plastic hanger broke. The moment it did that a sales associate came from the back and I said oops. I'm sorry. She looked at me took the sweater from me and started walking away. I'm like ok! She said rudely do you need this? And held up the sweater. I said well I was looking at it. She then walked away with broken hanger and sweater and didn't look back. I looked at my sister and said do you think that was weird? She said yes. So I said I'm done and we left. They lost my business moving forward. The sales associate was so rude.

I called their number, got a human immediately. He corrected the problem and called me back in 2 minutes to tell me it was fixed and I could place my order. It takes 5 minutes just to get past the bots on most customer service phone numbers to get to a human these days. If stores want to build loyalty and good will, it's simple - human connection - and value your customer's time.
