The prices are SO reasonable, especially given that it's a "boutique" and my mind automatically goes a couple dollar signs up when I think of boutiques! I was truly shocked by the prices and how reasonable they are, even for the full-priced items. Not to mention their sale racks, in which things were even more discounted! The store is also pet friendly, which is a huge bonus because both my friend and I had our dogs with us! Everything in here was so cute and well curated - I truly wanted to buy so many things here! Happy that they had good fitting rooms as well where we could try on all the items before making a decision and that the one person working the store was so so friendly and helpful as well! Instead of just having a "man chair" for husbands and boyfriends waiting while their partners try on clothing, R & P has a full oasis out back with a beautiful garden and a lovely little pond. It's a nice compromise since I spend a ton of time checking out every little nook and cranny of both floors of these partnered stores. They've remodeled a bit so be sure to check out the changes upstairs (they had an awesome selection of clearance clothing up there for 50% off on my most recent visit). We were at the circular area with the fall shackets. Everything was packed right on the racks. As I grabbed one sweater from the rack the plastic hanger broke. The moment it did that a sales associate came from the back and I said oops. I'm sorry. She looked at me took the sweater from me and started walking away. I'm like ok! She said rudely do you need this? And held up the sweater. I said well I was looking at it. She then walked away with broken hanger and sweater and didn't look back. If NOAA and city communicated incorrectly, business should have a conversation with them. After we were able to rent paddle boards we did enjoy using them for the full time we rented them.

I called their number, got a human immediately. He corrected the problem and called me back in 2 minutes to tell me it was fixed and I could place my order. It takes 5 minutes just to get past the bots on most customer service phone numbers to get to a human these days. If stores want to build loyalty and good will, it's simple - human connection - and value your customer's time. I burned it twice and there is absolutely NO SMELL AT ALL. I even enclosed it in a small bathroom and burned it for an hour. Nothing. Maybe whoever manufactured it forgot to put the scent in mine. Such a disappointment for such an expensive and small candle. Won't shop there again.
