Overpriced From day one I should've walked out of this place, because my bullshit meter went off. I needed the bed of my truck repaired so I hung in there. I've never been fed so much BS in my life and had the most horrible communication from a business especially that's gonna have your vehicle for a while. The paint job on the bed of my 2025 F350 could be the worst paint job I've ever seen and I'm an owner of multiple vehicles that I had painted for car shows and for the track. Fabian's communication is absolutely horrible and Bob The owner is the biggest pig ego maniac prick I've ever dealt with. Even though I do have a complaint filed with my insurance company The Shop is a fraudulent train wreck by Overcharging. Then your premiums go up fun times. I have multiple phone recordings speaking to The Shop and their lack of communication. Then the lies that they told Bob or Bob has no problem and lying to me about What his staff told him. But with Bob's actions I'm gonna say he's a liar cause he talks like a used car salesman scumball liar He looks and plays the part perfectly. The Shop is the messiest sloppiest shop that I've ever taken my vehicle to, I guess you get a messy shop you get a messy job But I love it when owners go on rants and they're being recorded can't wait to post it. It's wild how some people think others are so ignorant to cars, motors, paint jobs, and they tried to bullshit them like Bob did when all I've done is work on cars since the age of 12 you have to be absolutely out of your mind if you have a nice vehicle to take it to The Shop. I got iPhone footage, I got dash cam footage of this loser. Hey Bob, I hope you're reading this......by the way take a shower one time Unfortunately, I can't post audio videos or you would hear this pig talk. The passenger-side door lock on my Toyota Camry was completely jammed, and the door could not be opened from either the outside or the inside. As a repair appeared to involve removing the inside door panel to access a broken door locking mechanism attached to the inside door frame, this involved automobile help beyond that of AAA or a locksmith. As The Shop performs interior automotive repair and customization work, this seemed the logical place to go. Bob Selby was most reassuring when he explained over the phone that they had seen this car problem before, and the repair could be easy if they could be able to slide a tool down inside the glass to release the lock. Or it might involve a cost that could easily be $400 or more, if door panel disassembly was required for lock access, which involves the repair or replacement. (Toyota's MSRP cost of Part Number: 69030-33261 for the lock alone was $386.88!) After bringing my car in during the late afternoon (The Shop stays open to 6 PM, which is unusual in its own right), Fabian, who works there, was able to open the door in two minutes. I offered to pay them, but Fabian refused to charge me anything for their work! This company truly does quality work, and they are totally honest. I'm a customer for life, and The Shop in Bradenton is definitely the place to go for anyone in the area seeking outstanding automotive repair and service work. read more

I had brought my Nissan Armada in to have some heating/cooling issues, and warning lights investigated. Mike was the lucky guy who was tasked with the tedious task of tearing apart my dash and replacing the necessary parts to remedy the heating issue. He was diligent and communicated the repair needs and costs in an articulate and timely manner. About a month later, another part related to the heating and cooling system conked out, Mike warrantied the part and replaced it free of charge. A few days later, I was certain that an issue still wasn't resolved so I brought the car back in. Bill took time to sit with me in my car, explaining how the car's system worked and then spent time ensuring that my car was working properly. Upon picking up my car, he took more time to show me that my car was working exactly as it should be and offered me a wonderful opportunity to become more educated about my vehicle. Both Mike and Bill were kind and patient with me and both went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with their work. The Shop put Tien adjustable dampers on my 22 MY and did an excellent job. The ride is much improved. A year later, I developed a clunk and took it back to investigate. They found the issue to be the top strut nut had backed off just slightly causing the sound. It wasn't obvious and took some time to find the issue. Since they did the initial install, they stood behind their work and didn't charge me for the time to troubleshoot which required them to methodically assess each and every suspension component. Finding mechanics and a shop that actually cares for their customers is rare these days. I have been coming here for a while and every issue I had they will go out of their way to make sure your car is how you want it. They give honest recommendations and don't bs their way into making you pay for unnecessary "upgrades" which is rare these days. Every service is very professional and nothing seems to be a weakness for these mechanics. The wraps are not crazy expensive and can be virtually any idea you want because they can print it for you. The best thing about the place is the customer interaction and service. Went to pick up my car after they closed and my man Dominique politely opened the shop for me when I caught him driving off.
