The staff acknowledged that the system shouldn't have canceled my appointment, yet I was informed that my slot had already been given away. I understand mistakes happen, but after years of loyalty, I feel this situation could have been handled differently. I believe membership should include more flexibility and consideration for long-term clients, and I hope steps can be taken to prevent this from happening in the future. The great thing about EMG is that once you find your barber, they can become everything you'd want your barber to be - in my case, Tony didn't just offer a great haircut. In our conversations, he actually put me on a path that changed my life. I am forever grateful to the staff and crew of EMG, and from my time in Phoenix they will be one of the things I DESPERATELY miss. Oh - and with regards to my previous issues with them, once I installed the Fresha app on my phone, booking became super easy.
