This terrible company replaced some dual glaze panes for us and in less than 3 years all the seals failed and the glass got all foggy. I contacted them, the team came, took measurements and sent me an estimate, exorbitant pricing. When asked about the warranty, they said that the warranty was only good for one month after it left the factory. I phoned another glazing company and was told that the regular warranty from the manufacturer is 10 years. **I will replace the panes with another company with a ten year warranty. ***Lesson: don't give your well earned money to this company. I decided to try this company out because they are family owned and I like supporting small businesses. They were not the cheapest option, but I was looking for a quality install of a frameless shower door. I was promised that I would be happy with the end results therefore I agreed to contract them for my install. After a few weeks of waiting they finally installed my shower door and it looked very good except for a significant chip along the edge of the glass door. I pointed out the defect and they stated that they could polish out the chip. I was skeptical that they would be able to repair it, however I agreed to allow them to fix it. A few days later they came out to fix it, but didn't use a polisher and instead used sandpaper to sand the chipped edge. When they were finished they asked me to see the finished repair and when I turned on my shower light I could see lots of scratches on the glass where they carelessly sanded the edge. They were going to consider my glass shower door fixed, but I pointed out the scratches and they agreed that it looked really bad. They removed my door said they were going to "take care of it". I thought they were going to replace the glass door, but when they said it was ready they told me they just polished out the scratches. I was again skeptical of how it would look but allowed them to bring the repaired door back to reinstall. I figured they had inspected the glass door and they were satisfied with the repair. When they arrived with the door I looked at the location of the repair and still saw scratches from the failed sanding. I pointed out the scratches and they immediately blamed the manufacturer for scratching it while redoing the edge. At this point I was given the option to accept the door as is with the scratches at a discount or have the door replaced. Since I was looking for quality I opted to have them replace the door. I received a call a few days later from the owner trying to convince me that all glass doors have imperfections such as scratches and I should expect imperfections on the new shower door. At this time I felt that I was being set up for an inferior quality replacement. Having half the shower installed and all the time wasted taking time off work I decided to just see what happens. A few days later the new door arrived and it looked good, no complaints on scratches or chipped edges. They were unable to install the door due to the screws they provided breaking. They said it would be a few days to order the screws so I had no choice but to wait. A few days later they arrived to finish installing the shower door. When they finished installing the door I inspected it and noticed that the edges on the door were not aligned properly with the fixed glass panel. The edge on the shower door seemed to be warped. I pointed out the issue and they said it would just need to be adjusted. After the adjustment they said it can't be fixed because the glass door is warped. They also immediately blamed the manufacturing of the glass for the defect. They said that because the new door and the fixed panel were cut at different times they would not match. I told them that it wasn't acceptable to provide me with an admitted defective glass door and expect me to be okay with it. They called their office and when I spoke to them they tried to make it seem like they tried all they could to make me happy with the installation. They kept telling me that they had replaced the glass door and they can't do anything else for me. They told me that if I didn't like the quality then they would just take the whole thing out. I told them that if they were not able to fix the issue with the door alignment then they can take it out. They proceeded to take out the shower door and fixed panel. At this time I received a call from the owner who again was trying to convince me that all glass doors have defects and I had only noticed the defects because I was using a special light. I told him that the fixed glass panel had no noticeable defects despite being a larger piece of glass and the new door had no scratches or chips that were noticeable. The only issue I had was the alignment of the door being off. The owner stated to me that he had inspected the glass door and did notice bowing on the door but felt it was acceptable. I could not believe that they had been trying to get away with installing a defective glass door hoping that I wouldn't notice. The installers took the glass door and panel out. They left a mess behind from the silicone that was used to install the shower door. They left my front door wide open didn't say anything and just drove off. This is a family own business. The father, Sr., and his son-in-law are great. His son "Jr" is arrogant and emotional. He is like a child that throws temper tantrums and then daddy has to fix it for him. Jr came to install door. I initially requested brushed nickel and Jr showed up with chrome. I had noticed my proposal said chrome (which is my fault for not catching that). Jr started arguing with me and then got upset. He called his dad, then walked off the job. His father called to apologize and a few minutes later. His son also called a few minutes later to apologize. Sr offered to change the chrome to brushed nickel for free, I offered to pay for it, but he insisted. The end product was great. Deal with the father, NEVER with the son. I would have given this a 1 star, but it will affect the business rating. Why should the father pay for his son's mistakes. read more

This is by far the most gorgeous shower enclosure I've seen. It slides effortlessly with the barn door slider. This was custom tailored to my bathroom shower by Fernie (owner) and Ernie (installer). The Fernie and Ernie combo came out and took care of everything. They found out my tub was at a slight tilt but they made things work. I like to support the local business and they were great in letting me know when they will arrive and how long it'll take. Their whole staff from Desirae and Ester was a pleasure to talk to. After getting a few estimates for a shower enclosure, I contacted the "Shower door guy" Jr came out with his nephew and as he measured the enclosure, he recommended placing the glass on the outer section of my curb rather than closer to the inside portion. He showed me the extra elbow room I'd have, and I went with his recommendation. The door was ready in 7 days. The install was going well but he realized an offset hinge would be needed for the door, so the tile wouldn't crack, due to the hinge being to close to the tile edge. The install was postponed for the following day, and went well. The enclosure looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. All of the work was clean, and concise. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a shower door or enclosure. PS.. Be aware of the markups other companies will add to your install. My install was a frameless type with clips and basic glass 80" high. I couldn't be happier.. Adios! :) read more

First of all, it took Home Depot almost 2 weeks to finally send me one of their affiliated vendors. During my waiting time, I decided to research and look around. Found this company on Yelp. Fernie was over within the next 48 hours. I opted for the frameless shower door with brushed nickel hinges and handles. The quality of his shower door was equal, if not better, then the vendor from Home Depot. And his cost was 40% cheaper! And to add insult to injury, the Home Depot vendor quoted a turn time of 18 to 20 days. The Shower Door Guy turn time,... 8 days. Need I say more?? Somehow our paperwork got overlooked. They got right on it and gave us an estimate. We agreed and had them install a door for us. My son was at our home when it was installed and didn't know we ordered satin finish the door they installed was bronze. They did a very good job and the door is very good quality and looks nice but it's not satin finish like we order. I didn't complain to the company because I wasn't here for the install.
