Owen is the 3rd guy that I called to explain my problem. He asked for the photo and quickly confirmed he can do it. On the job day, he came on time. He is truly knowledgeable. He replaced the roller wheels of two sliding doors, and replaced 1 railer. He spent quite some time to adjust the two other sliding doors. Now all my 4 sliding doors work smoothly. He also checked/changed the wheels of all my screen doors. Beyond my expectation, he was even able to fix my 2 Fleetwood window balancer which was not even on my original to-do list. The weather strip is also not fitting correctly and we were having a hard time closing the door as it was too thick that we have to hold on to the door and lock it at the same time. Look at the photos for reference. We called them to fix it and sure he isn't happy but he came back and stripped off the weather strip which leaves us with spaces around the door. It's really terrible work. I also regret switching from our old door to this because of this problem. They leave their work area so dirty that I have to clean after them. Also, no proper receipt was given at first. I had to tell him we were looking at changing our windows (a service he also provides) and that's when he sent me a proper receipt. We found someone else for the windows who are absolutely professionals, clean and give proper invoices and receipts. I really hate putting bad reviews for small businesses but I am left with pretty much a crappy job. I wouldn't recommend this company.
