On 6/22/18 a white pickup from this company came off the 210 wb freeway and almost hit a motorcyclist and white prius. The driver missed his exit and swerved into the exit lane over white lines causing a white prius to swerve onto the shoulder lane ,with a motorcyclist behind him also having to take action, and almost hit the barrier. He made this maneuver while carrying a full bed of glass panels. He then proceeded to get off the freeway and head down rosemead. On rosemead he continued to accelerate hard and block the motorcyclist from passing him. When the bike would change lanes to pass him the driver of the white truck would position himself inbetween 2 lanes to block the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist eventually made his way past and the truck continued to speed down rosemead. I have tried to reach out to this company to no response. I was driving behind these vehicles and witnessed the whole thing. Honestly for a driver of a company to drive this reckless while transporting glass while on duty was the most stupid thing ive seen on the road for a long time and i have to question this companys professionalism if this is the conduct of their employees on the road. Hopefully this review gets read by the right people at this organization. I want to share this story so people considering hiring this company might find this interesting when making a decision to hire from this contractor. read more

I have used Fernie for all of my bathroom remodeling jobs for nearly 10 years and I won't go anywhere else. He gets out to give estimates within a day or two of calling and I've never waited longer than a week for any of my orders. He and his installers, who are mostly family members, are professional, friendly, fast and neat. How many companies will guarantee their installation from leaking for the lifetime of the shower? Fernie and his crew installed a beautiful shower door in my parents new bathroom. Great customer service when I first called everyone was very nice and helpful. Door was ready in the time frame that was given to us. Installation day went quick smooth with no problems. They gave us detailed instruction on cleaning the shower doors. 2 months after installation we had a plumbing problem and had to remove the shower door to get to it. When I called Fernie to let him know the problem I was having he said no worries we can come remove the door and install it back in when we were ready and they did with no problems. They do not stand behind their work... Used the toilet to depose of their waste... Clogged my drains with their clean up rags... They said they would provide a plumber... Never happened... Created a huge mess before it was finally fixed... Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone... Horrible service!!! Omg!! read more

I would like to give Kudos to owner Fernando Ramirez for the patience he had with my wife and I in selecting a shower door. I must have gone to his shop at least 3 times to look at glass samples and drop-off glass samples he had let me take home to show my wife. In the end we chose a 3/8" thick monumental glass design from Cardinal Shower Doors in an oil rubbed bronze finish. We also opted for the Cardinal 10 surface protection which makes the glass easier to clean(the water beads-off the glass).. It took a little over a week to manufacture and Fernando called to make an appointment to install. The installation went smoothly, however, they needed a special wrench from the manufacturer to tighten the towel bar. This was no issue as they were still able to tighten enough where we were still able to use it. They did explain we could start using the shower the following morning. In two days time they came back and tightened the towel bar and gave me the wrench should I need to retighten in the future. I look forward to doing business with them in the future when we renovate our other bathroom. read more
