I'm super happy with how the team handle all my questions every time I called, emailed or came into the store. Frank was the person i worked with the most when it came to answering all my questions and he was super professional and always answered my emails on a timely manner. Then I finally get up to the counter she makes my copies, she didn't tell me how much they were at first and then charges me a dollar for each copy. Are you kidding me?
