One I was not bothered by waiting in my car nor was I being rude at all. I was bothered how the owner was unprofessional, rushed the process and laughed at me in her spa location. I have gone to several spas before. FYI she insulted the person that trained me in body sculpting which was really rude of her. Just because I got certified does not give anyone the right to think that I am stealing from them or the fact that I just can't simply go to spa to treat myself. Iv gone to so many and never had an issue. This owner was simply looking for an excuse to reply back to this review because I wouldn't t take it down. Overall, calling me mental is just "wow" to me. She then continued & tried to say that my pictures where from other spas work. Um no honey, I upgraded my machines and did work on myself and showed everyone on my IG stories of me actually doing it on myself LOL. I wanted to give my followers an honest review, so yes I do go on IG and record myself! When the person that trained me saw this, she herself was shocked of the things Brenda was saying about me. As in the people that follow me on my IG, we'll they know the truth because they had already seen my video of me showing them LOL I have also tagged the girls of my before and after pictures. It's insane what people can do so they just don't seem crazy. Lastly she manipulated my conversation on IG and cropped the conversation so she can just show what was convenient for her. I didn't have time to screenshot the IG messages because she blocked me and then went and continued to post on her personal IG. I have my B.A degree, I love fitness, & love working with people and potential clients as a CPT. And thinking about this situation, I wouldn't do this to any of my clients... I'm moving on from this horrible experience, I definitely do not trust them and would not recommend at all. It's sad.

I made an appointment for my wife. This place is located at the Riverside Mall in Hackensack, right above Macy's, situated inside a Salon called Elie Tanous. The room is pretty cozy, clean and soothing. I left my wife in Nael's (the lady that gives the facial cleaning) able hands. I waited in their waiting area, which by the way is very spacious, and includes FREE coffee, water, etc. After about an hour or so my wife steps out with a huge grin. She seems very satisfied and I noticed right away a big difference, her skin is clearer and less blemished. My wife mentioned that Nael was gentle, patient and very good at what she does.
