For beginner climbers, this location is a poor choice because all the routes are at levels 5.9 or higher. I only saw one route that was a 5.8, and it was on an auto-belay. However, if you have some climbing experience already, this place is so cool! In addition to the general routes inside the silos, there are also routes located between silos, and routes that make you traverse over obstacles and around doorways. Some routes get darker and darker the higher you climb, so you get a spooky feeling of climbing into a reverse abyss. Also, there are routes on the outside of the silos for lead climbing! I'm from Dallas, so I don't get to come here often and don't know how often new routes are added. But just based on the novelty of the gym, I have to give it 5 stars

Came with the husband for an afternoon of climbing. He's never been and I haven't done it in 15 years. The girls were very informative there and extremely helpful. I do strongly encourage taking the fifteen minute belay certification class. If you have any fear of anything, the auto-belay will set off some of your triggers! Just best not to. But anyhow, I love the courses. Clearly labeled. Only found one loose hand-hold our entire visit. I will be back. So much fun!

Hands down the most interesting, unique climbing gym experience I've ever had. Whoever thought of converting old grain silos into a climbing facility was brilliant. Super-long routes, both indoor and out, so bring your enduro game, with a great variety of skill levels. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Plan to visit again next time I'm in town.

There are at least two unhoused people who use this gym for their toilet and shower needs, so often (especially early mornings) you'll come in and two of the three bathrooms will be occupied for quite some time. It's really not fair to the rest of us who are actually there to work out. Neither of the guys is overly threatening, but it is unsettling to have people come in in street clothes, usually carrying multiple bags, just wandering around or sitting in the lobby and then leaving without even exercising. Especially considering there are no lockers--only cubbies. One of the unhoused people drives a pickup full of garbage (sometimes with a travel trailer attached--which appears to be what he lives in), and will bring bags of the garbage in and out with him for no reason. He behaves extremely bizarrely, strikes up uncomfortable conversations with people who are just there to work out, walks around making strange martial arts like moves, and sometimes just hovers at the doors waiting to chat people up as they come in. I feel bad for the guy. I really do. But his behavior is unsettling, and he comes in and out multiple times per day. It makes people feel unsafe, and the owner has been notified multiple times with nothing done about it. I get that technically the guy is a paying member with a fob, but he can't be allowed to just come in and out, behaving bizarrely, and bothering people.

Also the new stretch area is so pointless and dumb. Honestly they need all the core ab workout machines and glute machines in a separate area in the back not with all the muscles machines. I'm very disappointed because I loved the layout before were I didn't have to worry so much about being watched/ just uncomfortable. I will be canceling my membership soon. Very sad.....

Upon entering the facility appeared to be good. I asked the front desk for a quick tour and instead of walking me around, he just nodded his head to where the locker rooms, tanning and massage beds were. I wasn't going to ask again for a tour so I knew I would need to walk around and find out the lay of the land myself. I then asked to do the red light booth but was told the "Total Body" booth was not working properly because it didn't vibrate the feet as it should so I asked to use a tanning bed. He gave me the room number and off I went. The tanning room was spacious but the tanning bed was noticeably filthy. I cleaned the bed and pressed start and noticed right away that not all of the lights worked... after my time expired, I asked the front desk about it and he replied, "I have to the best one we had". As I began my weight training workout, I quickly realized this location had older equipment than any other location I had been to. The facility was not only dirty with paper towels thrown on the floor, equipment dirty but the only two employees that I ever saw working was at the front desk and the other was leaned up on a piece of equipment talking to someone on an elliptical. Before I wrap up my review, I want to explain that I have been to many many gyms, of all different types. A hotel gym is cleaner than this facility. However, I will add that this specific location wasn't as busy as any other review I saw left. I never waited for any equipment or weights. Everyone working out was courteous and polite of gym etiquette and you could tell that we all were just making due with what we had.
