We were staying overnight in Boulder and needed something to eat. My daughter found The Sink. What a great place, very good food and ambience. We had Mac cheese, pizza, cowboy Ruben and Nashville hot chicken and finished with the cookie and ice cream. Wow left full and satisfied. Two thumbs up. Our cookie had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked enough first time, one of the managers came to apologize and make sure we were taken care of. Great service. read more

Was worried about the dough being soft but it was cooked very well!! Nice and crispy but not burnt. Also had the Texas jalapeño burger which was cooked to a perfect medium. Our realtor is using the LoLo gifts and they are getting my husband and I out to both familiar places and new places. We used our LoLo gift which was free Sink Sliders and then also shared a Grilled Salmon Sammy and we had a delicious, hot and fresh tasting meal. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the greens and sauce balanced the fish perfectly. The sliders were juicy and perfect on a cold night. The staff greeted us and got us seated before the time they said we would be seated. The red wine choices were nicer than many "burger places" and my husband enjoyed a new beer that he tried. We popped in before a show at the Fox Theater to get a drink and something to eat. We managed to snag a couple of seats at the bar. Staff seemed friendly but very busy. Our pizza was good (we got a supreme, aka "the POTUS"). Colorado style is new to me, so not sure if it always comes with a dry crust, but it would have been great to have either something to dip it in or simply brushed with some butter before serving. Atmosphere/cleanliness: Ambience was really cool and unique. The drawings in the wall were nothing like I've seen before. It could be slightly claustrophobic as the ceilings are very low. The table was pretty sticky, which can be expected from a college bar, but there were also a lot of flies around. Definitely not the cleanest joint I've been in. Food: I got the Buddha Pizza and I thought it was just fine. The crust was really good, which I normally never eat crust, so that's a plus for them! Such a fun vibe! Boulder institution! We came early on a Saturday game day and we're able to be seated in about ten minutes, so not bad at all. Stopped in for a late lunch. Ordered one pound of wings and a medium goat pizza. Wings were moist and cooked well. We were not a fan of the flavors we ordered although that was just our preference. The pizza was cooked well and tasted delicious, however, there was a poor topping to crust ratio especially considering the crust did not have much flavor and was overdone. Our first server was dismissive although the server who took over her tables was attentive and respectful. The cowboy Rueben had sliced brisket which was extremely fatty so despite its good flavor i had to send it back.
