    Amazing views!

Best views in Boulder! On a sunny day in March, I had excellent wine during happy hour! Next time join me, you won't be disappointed. They have food and drink specials Mon-Fri 3:00 - 5:00 pm! Friendly staff and great service!

Great place if you have a group of people that want to eat different items. Reminds me of an elegant food court with a few restaurant options. Love that the food is healthier versions and made to order. Will definitely be back.

Boulder is such a beautiful city and I saw Avanti from the street where it was quite busy and wanted to give this spot a try. From first glance, you could see that there's three floors of which the food court is on the first floor and you could sit on a second or third floor for better views. All the foods looked amazing, but I opted to go to rooted to try the fried chicken sandwich with fries. The ordering process was very quick and the food was made very fast as well. Upon first glance, the chicken looked hand breaded and fried, so it was definitely going to be good. I got the Nashville hot, but it wasn't hot at all. I did not taste any spice. That's OK though because it was very flavorful and delicious. It also had a slaw on top and the bun was very soft. I also love the fry on the french fries as it wasn't too heavy or too light. I would definitely come back and try other foods. It was quite busy for a lunch during a weekday, which is a great sign that it's high-quality. I also love a food hall, which is something I don't see very often so it definitely catches my attention when there is one available.

If you want a good rooftop bar with great views, this is the place to go. Came to explore Pearl Street Mall, had recommendations for here. We only came for drinks, so can't vouch for their food. But their drinks were fantastic. Line for the elevator to the top was long, but there's a stairwell to the side that's an easy climb to the top. It was decently packed upstairs, but we were lucky enough to find a small table close to the edge to take in the beautiful view of the mall and mountains beyond. It really is a pretty view. Great drink selection with decent prices. We ordered at the bar - quick and efficient, but they did have servers going around as well. Really enjoyed their Sunshine Squeeze - light and refreshing with that sweet, acidic taste. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want a good drink with nice views with friends.

This review is for Boychik. The lamb/chicken shawarma plates are amazing. Very fresh and the ingredients are amazing. We literally go to Avanti jut for this dish!

I really loved the ambience in here. We stopped by on a Saturday and it was very lively. The place itself is large and I appreciated that they also had a patio seating. I had a frozen mango margarita that was absolutely delicious. Since it's a food and beverage hall, it is self serve with things like water and putting away the dishes you used. We had the edamame and liked that, but the prices are definitely a bit high across most of the vendors so be prepared to spend a bit if you want to eat. I would also love it if the happy hour they had applied to the weekends as well. Overall had a great time!

Great experience with beautiful views! I love that this is food hall style without needing to check in with a specific card to purchase at each restaurant. The vibes here are fun and uplifting, and the service was speedy even for a busy Thursday night. Make sure you sit up on their rooftop if the weather's nice! I had the Chicken Schwarma Hummus Bowl with a side of Labenah and it was so delicious. I loved getting a side of veggies and pita to dip in all the delicious sauces. It was so flavorful. I also tried a Snowmelt tangerine seltzer, very tasty but nothing I haven't had before. Definitely recommend to visitors just for the views alone!

This is a must here in Boulder, whether you are a local or just visiting, you can certainly find food and drinks everyone will enjoy, especially if you're having a hard time deciding what cuisine to get. They have pizza, ramen, mediterranean food, Taiwanese food, oysters, Venezuelan arepas, sandwiches, and more, and literally everything I tried was so so delicious. The location on its own is definitely something to write home about. There's 4 floors and the top floor has a great patio with views of Boulder and the Flat Irons as well as an indoor area with floor to ceiling windows so the view is great regardless where you sit. The seating is spacious and comfortable, suitable for groups of many sizes, we were 9 people and had plenty of space to sit and place our food and drinks. The bar had great specialty cocktails and decent variety of wine and beer. I started with the heat wave which was a delicious tropical mezcal drink then moved to the green oasis which was a fresh gin matcha drink which was good but just a bit artificial for my taste but if you like matcha you will love it. My friends got the basil bloom and flatiron spritz which were both also delicious and for such tasty cocktails, they honestly weren't too expensive ($11-$13). This is the perfect place if you want to make sure everyone in your group is satisfied, and a great environment to hang out, chat and have drinks. Servers came around to tables for drink orders after originally going to the bar and all of the employees were very kind and helpful.

I stop here almost every time I'm in Boulder and I can't get enough of it. Almost every time, I go with the pizza. The drinks were great. I had the basil bloom (a vodka drink) which was tasty, not too strong. The spritz and heat wave (tequila drink) were great too. Service is quick. You can order at your table or at the bar, you'll be greeted with a smile either way. Thanks for a great night Avanti!

We came here for the rooftop view! It was a little too early for lunch so we grabbed an ice coffee from the first floor and headed to the rooftop at 11am. The iced coffee was delicious and hit the spot on a warm June morning. The views were incredible from the top! Unfortunately, there was a family with 5 kids running around up there so we sat inside. The large windows still allowed us to enjoy the view without the chaos. From my limited experience, I really enjoyed this place and would recommend coming.

Quiero Arepas - smoked salmon & original

This food is so crave worthy! The whole Avanti establishment is really fun. They have a ton of rooftop seating and different levels inside with a bunch of seating as well. Various restaurants throughout as well as a bar. We ordered a couple of quiero arepas and are so happy we did - yum!

Amazing rooftop with scenic views, great food selection, and a fun bar with exceptional drinks! My friend and I both ordered the La Diabla specialty cocktail and it was refreshing, tasty, and gave us both a little buzz. Definitely looking forward to going back to check out the food.

We met up with a friend at this restaurant and it had many items to offer. It is in a building that has several different restaurants inside. We picked a few different things to try. The arepas were absolutely spectacular. and a must try. The polenta fries were also to die for. We sat up on the roof and had a magical view of the mountains with the wind blowing and the sun shining. It was a great place just to sit and chill and talk with our friend. The service was great overall at each restaurant and they had a self-serve water station. We will return again.

The server was quick to take my order even though it was pretty busy in there (was rush weekend I think for the university?). I had the tin man HH cocktail because my server said it would be the most floral (has elderflower in it) and I quite liked it! Was very refreshing, not too strong. Aside notes: the bathrooms were quite clean. Parking was a little chaotic, some is paid parking and some is free 2 hour. There are only a couple spots right in front, I had to park a few blocks down but it was in 2hr free park by another small business that was closed for the day. I didn't have any issues there. Overall thought this was a fun little bar in Boulder with good happy hour drinks, I would def come back :)

I think the best thing about River and Woods is the interior and exterior decoration. It is very clear that a lot of thought and time was put into the atmosphere here. From the cute door knocker to the bathroom wallpaper, the theme is well-executed. The food was a bit disappointing. The blue oyster mushroom appetizer was extremely salty. I thought it was just me but the rest of the table agreed as well. My trout was well-cooked and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The chicken was also salty although cooked well. I did not try the burger but I was told it was salty as well. The prices of all the items were quite high for what I thought was presented. I'm quite the foodie and cook for multiple friend groups so I was skeptical. When we walked in on a Tuesday evening near closing time, I noticed the Bib Gourmand plaque on the wall, mention of Michelin star sister restaurant, Alma and at least 6 parties still seated. Let's talk about the food now. Our party of 3 ordered alot which included: -camote (that ricotta and fennel pairing-oh my!), -caesar salad (huge portion and the BEST I've ever had; even better than any tableside caesar) -yellowtail carpaccio (many renditions of this in LA, but this made me want to eat the whole plate and slurp the sauce!) -tostada (incredible. I wanted more) -carne asada taco (divine cut of meat, hands down the best I've had), --- -pork taco (my husband ordered it and said it was the best he's had) -red snapper (I've had this all over Baja Mexico w very fond memories, but THIS one was a tip the bowl kind of dish) cooked to perfection w abeautiful flavors in the sauce. - mushroom entree. Ambience - this isn't the best place for a business dinner. very quiet/romantic and i felt like our group was out of place there, but no one looked at us oddly. It felt more like we might have been interfering with their romantic vibe as we were talking business. The restaurant and staff present a very inviting atmosphere. Food, this is where i was disappointed. the Bread at the beginning was very good/ with salted butter. I ordered the salted radish appetizer and it honestly just felt like salted radishes on top of a puree that i didn't really care for. So would put this as a 5/10 in terms of rating. I got the rabbit, which was recommended as being the best entree option. i have never had rabbit previously and wanted to try it. I thought it was OK, but not very memorable. It did taste like dark meat chicken. however the chick peas they were served with were underdone (crunchy in texture) and simply not that good. Our dessert, blueberry Tres Leches, was the best of the 3. My dining companions had a variety of things (striped bass, meatballs), but no one was raving about their food. Service was quite nice. would give this more like a 3.5 out of 5, as the atmosphere and service were good. Sadly won't be returning.

However, the kitchen fails to deliver quality or good tasting meals, despite the well-sourced food. The menu is prix fixe. 2 appetizers and an entree, or 1 appetizer, entree and dessert. The salmon tartare was salty, too salty. The kefta balls were over salted as well. The onion tarte shell was so hard it could barely be chipped away to eat. When we mentioned this to our server, the response was we get more complaints about the tarte than any other appetizer. I was surprised to see that the appetizers were all served at the same time, so by the time, I ate the cold salmon, the warm kefta, besides being salty was also cool - might have been more appealing if warmer. The rabbit entree was dry, overcooked and tasteless. The accompanying garbanzo beans were undercooked, crunchy and too salty. The food highlight was the family style vegetables. Beets, onions, asparagus were alright; the sugar snap peas which still had strings were not as good. The dessert were disappointing as the rest of the meal. The macaron was brick hard, so hard, we had to ask for a fork and knife to chip hunks off of it. Tasteless. After we departed, my dinner companion said she wished we had sent the dessert back, it was so hard and inedible that we left most of it. Bramble & Hare has a few things going for it: Service was spot on, attentive, helpful and friendly. The wine list is very good. Ambience is pleasant and the dining room is quiet. I really wanted to like Bramble & Hare as the farm to table concept appeals, but with the poor food preparation, this is a tough restaurant to like.
