Only to be rudely surprised by a call from a collection agent today. They never bothered to call me one time to help clear up the bill. They just sent it to a collection agency. First I get there no one knew what I was supposed to be doing so I waited about 2 hours before being put to work with the dentist I haven't even met yet and she also acted like I didn't know how to do my job and didn't communicate with me too well WHICH made my job a little harder. When it was approaching near 12 that day, the other temp dental assistant walked out crying because the dentist she was working with didn't respect her the best so I had to cover her part. My shift stated I will also get a 60 minute lunch but did not get that due to no one allowing me to go to lunch. My shift was from 7:15am-4pm. I told them, not asked, but told them I will be leaving an hour early before the end of my shift so I can get my so called lunch and finally eat after not being notified. For one shift I walked a total of 3 MILES in one building because there were upstairs and downstairs with no real communication around the building. I gave them a 5 star review on my shift app despite my experience there and also so I won't affect their ratings but they left a false review stating my shift was supposed to end at 4:30 when in reality it was scheduled until 4 (also stated I will have a 60min lunch which I didn't get) and impacted my ratings because I decided to leave an hour early so | could eat. Prior to my appointment, I was sent a form to fill out that asked me questions about my health such as if I have been around people with Covid, if I was sick, if I had traveled, etc. Once I got to the dentist my temperature was taken by the check-in employee. I waited in the waiting area until I was called for my appointment. The waiting area is clean, modern and nicely decorated with beautiful decor and there is a TV. There's also a television on the ceiling in the rooms that you can watch while you are getting your teeth cleaned. I was taken back about 15 minutes after my appointment time. When the hygienist took me to the back, I had to fill out another form that stated that I did not have a fever and that I was not sick currently. During my visit the hygienist kept her mask on and kept gloves on when she was in contact with me. The hygienist is always friendly and professional during my visits. Prior to your departure you are allowed to schedule your next dental appointment if you want to. The facility also provides you with a toothbrush, a travel toothpaste, and dental floss prior to your departure. Dr. Schmoor was out of the office today so another dentist that I had never met filled in for her. If you are looking for friendly and professional staff then come check out this dentist office.
