Let's just say that it could have been better. It was actually quite dry. I think you can see that in my picture. The pork was not tender, and the carrots and daikon had no pickled flavor. I tried to eat as much as I could, but it just wasn't desirable. It was missing something (maybe some TLC). I'm sorry to say that I've had much better ones from other restaurants in the area.
