She got upset when I told her that the machine is showing Error msg. She got up apparently upset probably because I disturbed her from her personal phone calls. She opened the machine and asked to move all clothes to the next machine. You need to do it. I have a blanket when it is dry lighter than a feather blanket. However, when it's soaked with water it feels like a toned. She was standing next to me. With her hands on the waist line as if she is there scolding a child.Her voice is very loud and attracted attention. I will never go back that Eco Laundry, will never recommend her In any other person. Even to my family. Avoid it at all cost. This is my first time to used that laundromat. I hope the owner see this negative review . And no other customer will experience such a negative interaction.

I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their…read moredryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.

The place exceeded my expectations - clean, efficient and the "oldies" music was great! I would definitely use them again in the future.

There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

Staff here friendly, customers bring there things in and sometimes will leave and come back for them. It wasn't a problem this time, but I could see that if there were many customers here this would be. Would I recommend it yes, there's even a little mom and Pop shop across the parking lot that you can go over for snacks or lunch. It's a good area not too busy today. Then throw $1.25 in the dryer which buys me 35 min which on high heat works well for me. The one and only time I had a problem here was my fault. After waiting my normal 30 min on my laundry I was ready to dry my clothes only to find out the smelled like dirty laundry. On furtherinspection they looked like dirty laundry. Evidently I failed to hit start button. I reloaded machine and hit start. No need for additional coins since none were used 30 min later they were ready for the dryer. Then 35 min later they were ready to be folded or hung. They came out fine as always. The owner isn't particularly friendly. He's not rude mean or unfriendly, He's just not friendly. Perhaps because he's there to clean up the place, cash out machines, and preping the place to close. He did allow me to park over night once when my car failed to start. So with all the positive I've said why 4 stars instead of 5? It's a cultural thing. Just as his all business deal with me is cultural. I expect to be treated as a friend or family when I'm a regular somewhere. This hasn't happened and I've been coming here for years. Not once has he ever spoken to me first. Never asks how I'm doing. I spent 75¢ on their detergent dispenser and nothing came out. There is no daytime attendant, so I was out of luck. Both of their coin machines were out of service as well. I went to the store next door for change, and they barely had any quarters because everyone needed change. Their sink doesn't even work. Washers work well, dryers are decent. Lots of "out of order" signs on machines. The only saving grace were the helpful customers that day. One person spared some detergent, another told me where to get change, and another told me which dryers worked best. I won't be back, at least during the daytime when there aren't any attendants.
