We ordered 51 shirts. The shirts all are 2 sizes two big, i normally wear a adult medium and I fit into a youth extra large. Which means half of the shirts we ordered are way too big and look horrible and are basically useless/trash. Aaron Chapa who is the manager seems to have temper problems, did not want to exchange, did not want to return calls, refund or even allow us to order the correct sizes at the same rate we ordered with. He probably shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service job. We ordered 51 shirts to keep our cost per shirt low. Quite disappointing ordering such a large amount of shirts to not even have decent customer service to make the order right. We had plans to order hundred more shirts from them to sell at our shows, but it seems like they don't want customers. Worst customer service! I placed a club order close to two months ago and we still have yet two receive our uniforms that cost $240. I have sent messages on their web site chat and emails to get statuses of the order and I have gotten zero responses. I have also called the store and I get transferred around to different departments and I could never a get a true answer on status of order and why it is taking so long. Unfortunately, I have to use them because our soccer academy has an agreement with them. I would not recommend doing business with this store. Customer service needs to improve and at least send emails to customers with true status of their orders. Must improve your employer's phone customer service skills and they must know what is the correct department they need to transfer calls to. read more

We ordered some Nike uniforms for our Women's Club Soccer team we coach in San Diego. The first set arrived quickly and on time so the girls were super happy to be able to wear those this season. The second set took a little longer than expected so we will be saving those for next semester but that's ok, I'm just glad they made it! This place used to be soccer world. It is now the soccer factory. There are two stores in San Antonio. This one is further south central. I have been to both stores for many years to buy soccer shoes for my daughter. She played high-level, elite club soccer, now she plays in college. Every year we get a new pair of shoes and we always drive to San Antonio to the soccer factory. They have a great selection of top soccer shoes. The only problem we ran into is not being able to find some of the shoes in her size. We have tried all the other stores, Academy, Dick's Sporting Goods, all the little soccer stores that are out there. This is the place you want to go to find quality shoes for all different types of feet. This is the best place to buy soccer shoes ever! There is an entire wall from floor to ceiling of soccer shoes to choose from. Generally, the more technical and higher level shoes are the ones up higher that carry the higher price tag. You can also get soccer balls, support inserts, jerseys, and any thing you could possibly need for soccer, including referee gear. It is well worth the drive even if it's a couple hours to get there. If one store doesn't have your size the other store might. read more

I placed an order for some jerseys and the sales rep failed to let me know that a few of the sizes I wanted were on backorder without an ETA for a fill date. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase uniforms. I placed an order back on July 17. In the email it said 7-12 business days. I didn't get an email until August 31 saying my order was in transit to the store. That in itself is frustrating. This email said to allow 48 hours for it to be ready. I called a few days later to ask and was told it wasn't ready and I would be receiving another email when I could pick up. Thinking maybe they forgot to send the email, or I looked over it somehow, I called again on September 14th. Again, "it's still in transit to the store". My sons league games start this weekend and half of the boys don't have their new uniforms to wear. This is ridiculous. We ordered two long sleeved under-uniform shirts each for three soccer players on August 21 for a short six week season that started in early September and ended in mid October. We just received the shirts today- October 14- three days after the last game of the season. Pandemic or no pandemic, you shouldn't accept orders that you can't fill. And you always should at least reply to customers who contact you with questions, which this company did not.
