I really wanted to enjoy this place, and before I mention the negatives, I want to recognize the people who deserve credit. Abraham is an outstanding manager who clearly cares about customer service and representing the brand well. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help. He should be commended. I also want to recognize Tierra from security, who was courteous, professional, and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with Sabrina completely overshadowed the visit. I am currently handicapped and was seated at a table by the host. A short time later, our server came over and told my friends and me that if we wanted to remain at that table, we would have to pay $500. We were obviously not going to do that. Soon afterward, Sabrina came over and informed us that the $500 charge was incorrect, but then said we still couldn't remain at the table because it was reserved. No one could explain why we had been seated there in the first place. I politely asked whether we could simply be accommodated at another table. Sabrina's response was abrupt and dismissive. She told us "absolutely not" and said our only options were to stand at the bar, where there were no available seats, or leave. As someone who is currently handicapped, standing at a crowded bar was not a reasonable option. I understand that the World Cup has brought a large number of visitors into town and that restaurants are busy. However, that doesn't excuse treating customers with disrespect. As an Afro-Latino who lives in this city, I left feeling singled out and deeply disrespected by the way I was treated. Thankfully, Abraham stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, and Tierra continued to treat us with courtesy and respect, but by then the damage had already been done. I won't be returning to this establishment, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Businesses can have busy nights and make mistakes, but how management responds to those mistakes is what customers remember. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Wicked Wolf Atlanta was extremely disappointing. We came for happy hour expecting a decent atmosphere and quality food/drinks, but unfortunately everything fell short. Our drinks were not good at all. We sent them back and while it came back with a proper portion, the taste was still off and undrinkable. That alone set the tone. The food was even worse. It came out cold and lacked flavor to the point where we couldn't even finish it. We ended up just sharing fries, which were also cold. Service was another issue. Our waitress was not attentive, and it was difficult to get proper assistance throughout our visit. To top it all off, parking validation did not work, and we were charged $25 through LAZ Parking which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or pricing. The tacos were good but they took way too long to come out. Our waitress took our order and never came back so we had to request her service. Anyway, we were there for the start of our Halloween night. This bar was a part of the bar crawl but it didn't remotely meet our expectations. The music was lousy as the crowd was. BEWARE!! Painfully loud music and scam on drinks! AVOID! After reading many positive reviews I decided to plan a coworker happy hour here. Needless to say, we will not be back, and my office is in midtown and Wicked Wolf just lost all our business. We came here for a chill afternoon happy hour, arriving on a Tuesday around 4:00pm. The music was so loud that we had to yell to even hear each other. Many in our party even left, saying they were getting a headache. I asked several times for the music to be turned down. At one point, the server told me they were auditioning a new DJ and when the managers came out of a manager meeting, she would get permission to ask the new DJ to stop. Now tell me, how does that make any sense? How is an establishment going to audition a new talent but then be in a meeting so they can't hear it? Needless to say, to have the music at "club level" on a Tuesday at 4:00pm is not the vibe I was going for. BEWARE, Wicked Wolf is running an overbilling scam. Since the music was so loud I pointed directly to the $5.00 Tuesday margarita special on the menu (the server could not hear me over the DJ). My bill showed they had charged me $9.00 for the "millionaire margarita" when that is never what I ordered. I specifically pointed to the happy hour margarita, and there is no mistaking that on the menu. I also ordered a round of shots for the table, which came to $200.00. When I did the math, it came to $14.00 per shot, which is WAY OVERPRICED. I've never had tequila that costs so much money, and the shots weren't even that good. When the shots cost more that the margarita, it just shows the establishment is taking advantage of people who come here to drink and have fun and don't pay much attention to the bill. I noticed this all before I left but I wanted to save face, so I paid the bill quietly but determined to never go back. The only positive is that the food is decent...and I would say that the server was nice....but I think she was only nice so she could pull off the drink scam. If you are looking for a chill atmosphere with reasonable drink prices, this is definitely not the place for you. There are many other places in midtown with honest prices and better drinks. And while this will be handled appropriately, I'd strongly suggest a closer look at how transactions are processed here. Situations like this don't just get corrected...they get remembered. This spot was lit! We needed it about leaving a bad brunch experience. We heard the music from outside and decided to try it out. The waitress took awhile to get around to us but once she did she was great. We mostly had drinks and shots. My sister did get the brisket grilled cheese and said it was very good. The spot has a cool vibe. It has an upstairs, good music and televisions for watching games. I met a group there to watch the playoffs although the music was very loud, it was not overbearing. My main concern was the service which has become the focal point in Atlanta. It took over 15 mins for a beer while others waited over 30 for tacos. I might try it again because of the vibe however I will probably sit at the bar. Our server did not write down anything and after 15 minutes came back and ask for our order again . Best sports bar and club in Atlanta! Drinks were strong and delicious, food was BOMB! Staff was really kind and make you feel like you're welcomed and wanted there.
