She didn't offer to help resolve my issue and was completely rude. When I told her I hope the cost of the sweater was worth a customer she guffawed and shrugged her shoulder. The selection is nice but this type of treatment isn't worth it. There are many other boutiques with great selection at these prices with much better service and who don't have snotty clerks to insult you.

I nodded and smiled commenting on the jewelry as I was shopping for my mother; but she didn't ask. So, I continued to browse and she repeatedly stated the same statement four more times. I was there for less than 10 minutes and she went into the back before I left. The store gives off a classy aesthetic and I did intend to buy a pair of earrings but the customer service contradicted that classy atmosphere.

Maybe due to cut or brand, so I just went with it. Tried the jacket on and took a look in the mirror - pretty good fit and quality. When the salesman asked if I'd try on the pants, however, I let him know I was more curious about the jacket fit and was just looking for the moment. Never saw him again - he straight abandoned, disappeared and never returned for the jacket or to help look for other styles. I suspect he didn't expect a sale and utterly left without a word. Rude and snooty aren't descriptions I'd normally use in a nice place like Plymouth but the treatment stank of elitism. Great quality and products, not impressed with some of the staff so far.
