She wasn't sure if they had business ties with that particular country, so she checked. They did not have the ability to send to Brazil, but she gave me a few local shops around town that she thought could help. Now, you know you are getting good service, if a salesperson suggests their competition to you, because they did not have what you asked for. We got the $25 special and it comes with 2 plants, a vase, dirt and rocks and $5 worth of little items to decorate your terrarium. I went a little overboard and wanted to get some extra items to decorate so I paid a little extra but it was so worth it. The ladies working were so nice and helpful , they walked us through the process effortlessly. I loved to see my terrarium come to life and my mom also enjoyed how hers turned out. I will be coming back since I love the little Knick knacks and small items they have seasonally for example I one time bought a succulent giraffe type pot and haven't seen it again so I'm glad I got it when I first saw it.

She made everything so easy to understand and gave us a ton of tips to help keep our plants alive and happy. Both times the clerk informed me that the restroom was out of order. upon further inquiry I was informed that the bathroom wasn't going to be repaired as it is too expensive to repair and is not profitable. I asked the staff what they do and a salesclerk informed me that they go to the bathroom behind the store. This is a health issue, a public disservice, and shows shows a total lack of concern for loyal customers.

He expertly explained the differences between the gas and electric models of the equipment she was interested in, and found a good deal on one of the products that was on sale. We also got an extra battery for one of the tools as a promotional deal that we weren't aware of. We purchased all of her new toys... er.. uh... "tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need!
