Here are some additional thoughts: * Yes there is a small adjacent parking lot just for this coffee shop, but somehow the lot is almost always packed whether I come here in morning or afternoon. * This is one of the few coffee shops that offers Overnight Oats and honestly I was not a fan of the flavor profile. * Unlike Offset Coffee where I am able to grab a cup of drip coffee within a minute after placing an order, ordering drip coffee at Corridor Flow requires you to wait for your name to be called like everyone else. * Please note that the coffee shop usually sells out of drip coffee after lunchtime. * When ordering a matcha latte here, I was surprised that the drink was not sweetened. A matcha latte without sweetener just did not taste quite the same. This is still a nice neighborhood coffee shop with a modern interior vibe and good drip coffee, but I personally still prefer Offset Coffee due to its more streamlined service and easier parking. And lastly stick with Yelp's top highlighted drinks like the ube latte.

The service was nice; the staff were attentive and friendly. You pay at the counter for your drinks and take them back to your seat, just like at a standard bar. I'm not sure if I should be relieved that I didn't order any food that day after reading some reviews. I've seen some people complain about sanitary measures and the temperature/quality of the food here. Hmm... next time I stop by, I'll probably just grab drinks and then head over to In-N-Out lol. On another note, the drinks were good! I forgot which IPA I had, but it was nice. My boyfriend went for his usual michelada, which he enjoyed. We select our own tea flavors and the fun part of your friends select different teas, you get to sample each one! This place was phenomenal and I enjoyed the whimsy ambiance and decor. I attended an group event where they had Ikebana + Acupuncture in a setting where we were processing grief together and I was just stunned at how lovely everything was organized. After taking off our shoes upon entering the space, Jasmine & Ana offered us some lavender tea for relaxation or skullcap tea to ease stress and some home baked local pastries for snacks. The Ikebana and acupuncture group event afterwards was so amazing and wonderful; you'd have to come to these events yourself and experience the magic! I highly recommend support this local gem and community space.

They didn't do any singing or karaoke since we hardly even heard the music. Super disappointing. It's cute in the sense that the kiddos can dress up and get their makeup and hair done and they did a great job at that part. I also liked that they took photos and then airdropped them to your phone after. The way it's set up, the birthday kiddo rings a bell to ask for more food or whatnot for her friends. The whole set up honestly doesn't seem to foster the values I want in my kiddo, but for a one time thing, I suppose it can make the birthday kiddo special. I feel like they could do something more fun like ringing the bell each time someone said birthday or something to that effect. Given my experiences here as the host of a birthday, it's cute but wouldn't do a birthday or event here again just given the overall service. Also, you'll end up tipping the people helping out, and that will be extra (I think we paid almost an extra 100). From a parent perspective, it's a little awkward. You are told to put "drop offs encouraged" but a lot of PV moms end up hanging out or not knowing if they should stay or go. I've paid similar amounts to other types of birthdays and have definitely felt like the value was worth it. The restaurant/wine club is very quaint and has lots of character. We were greeted by the host who immediately seated us in the club room. There is lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Our servers, Brandon and Sienna, were excellent. They were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We started off with a couple of glasses of white wine, which were recommended by Sienna, and the Mezze Board, which was an excellent pairing of harissa hummus and honey lavender whipped feta, served with pita. This was so good, we actually ordered another one to take home. For our main course I ordered the ribeye steak and my wife ordered the tiger prawns. Both were incredible. Each dish was perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. We finished with a slice of basque cheesecake which was amazing. I was able to meet Chef Esquibel and let him know that we totally enjoyed our dining experience and would soon become regulars. A must try in my opinion.

We had a waterside table on a balmy night for LA Restaurant Week and we were delighted by their price fixe menu for that week. Us older folk prefer fewer choices and still delicious options. They had four choices for starters, 5 entree and two dessert options to choose from. I chose shrimp rolls for my appetizer, top sirloin for my entrée and pineapple upside down cake with vanilla ice cream for my dessert, Pat had the pineapple fried rice, and the Keylime pie we shared the brussels sprouts along with the shrimp roll and chips. We were surprised first by the shrimp rolls, smaller version of lobster rolls, but these were served on those buttery Hawaiian bread rolls. A huge heap mound of chips accompanied them and between the brussels sprouts and this tasty starter, we both had plenty to share. My Top Sirloin was top rate, cooked medium, rare to perfection, served with a side of cilantro rice and broccolini. Boomer loved the broccolini (did we mention dog friendly?) Pat's entrée was the surprise, the pineapple shrimp rice served in half a pineapple! (After tasting it, It was an instant choice for my next visit!) Huge juicy shrimp and fried rice with pineapple throughout, seasoned perfectly. It was so delicious! We are almost too full for dessert. (Who am I kidding? I am never too full for dessert) The pineapple upside down cake was an individual cake about 4 inches in diameter and a scoop of generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was easily shareable. Pat did not share her Keylime pie, Although it was a sizable portion, and I refuse to beg. We were impressed by the incredible service, they even brought Boomer out a bowl of water, though he preferred the broccolini. If you haven't been in a while, you deserve a visit. It's a ling time Long Beach legend now reopened and I hope you find it happily so.
