I can't even tell you how much money I wasted between the Groupon and all of the tips (which they make pretty clear on your first appointment that it is NOT included in the Groupon) My sessions each lasted about 5 minutes in which I felt absolutely NOTHING- no warmth, no heat, no stinging, no pain- NOTHING. I know this is not normal. I take hotter showers than this. With the blindfold on, I could see the light flashing and that was it. This laser hair removal machine that they use is nothing more than a camera flash- because it has been completely useless. I have seen ZERO results in 5+ sessions. Each time I went in for a session, I brought up my concerns about how quick the sessions were, how I haven't seen any results AT ALL, how i feel nothing during or after the sessions, etc.. and they were not in the least concerned and really offered no explanation other than "they would raise the setting for next time" still nothing. I am choosing to discontinue the treatment/package and eat the hundreds I have already spent here only because I don't want to waste another penny. Worst Groupon I have ever bought. FAIL.

I've been coming to her since 2019 when I was recommended by a friend. I go to her right before a vacation to get a Brazilian wax, my underarms, and a stomach strip added. When I tell you my nerves are always through the roof each and every time I think about getting the Brazilian done especially that inner part (if you know you know ) and let me tell you, each and every time she calms my nerves. Shes non-stop talking the entire appointment and asking questions or just simple input, which I love because it helps to keep you distracted and it doesn't leave any room for that awkwardness or for it to get quiet and then you focus on the wax again. She'll warn you when she's about to wax certain areas that can be a little tougher/more sensitive and also reminds you to BREATHE which I find super helpful because I'm sweating and gripping the chair from my nerves and then it's over in a second. I was told that a manager would call me back, and there would be a $25 fee to cancel the pass. Not only was the pass not canceled, but NO ONE called! Bad experience overall with scars to remember it by. Stay away!! Update: I did contact the establishment again and was told they would follow-up with me, it's been 2 weeks.
