The customer service for this location has always been pleasant. Juanita was my latest service representative for this office and did a splendid job of communicating the details of swapping renter's insurance for a homeowner's insurance policy. I've been a member with State Farm for nearly 10 years and it's been the best deal I've been offered among the major insurance carriers I've researched. I'll likely continue using this agency and office while I live in this area. If I ever need to file a claim I will review again based upon my experience.

I had homeowners, multiple car insurance and renters insurance. My address was incorrect, I dropped my ex husband while we were going through a divorce and he was able to call and get added again. I paid for his insurance for months while he was living with another woman and Billy refused to return my calls to remove him. After charging me for insurance after I canceled my policy I've asked for a refund for the 4 months they refused to stop withdrawing money. I was told I needed to contacts state auto myself to get refunded??!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with any service anywhere! I had roadside assistance, the two times I called for service I was out of range for service. A bunch of misogynistic men running this company. I liked them so much that I had them arrange my mortgage insurance a couple of years ago as well. Just recently, I added life insurance policies for both me and my husband. Pretty soon they will have my whole life (just insurance speaking of course...lol) in their hands.
