Took it back, he kept it for another 6 months, and then stated he couldn't fix it. Amp sound was originally distorted and quiet. After first service it made popping sounds that got louder and louder and no audio. After final pick up, the unit now has no output at all. Looking at the cabinet - the phillips screw heads are all now chewed up because of over-torqueing. Looking inside I see he has replaced one of the capacitors with a wrong value. Short of taking it apart and replacing this part the correct way - he cut the leads of the old one and soldered it to them. Hack job! This is not good service.

This backfired the website was annoying and had no option for gallery wrap on the peice i was doing. I was aware when i clicked i saw the message. I got a call shortly after from their photo department telling me that it is indeed not a gallery wrap. I assumed due to the fact all other companyies i go through a gallery wrap is the show peice finished product with the canvas tucked behind so as to not show wood or staples excreta. When ive ordred these in the past for qualtiy testing ive always got the canvas on a fram of some sort ussually the cheap rout where the wood is showing. London drugs however printed the 8x10 cut off the flaps not even i might add their was wavy lines and stray fabric hanging off the print looked like she cut it with scissors. So all i got was 8x10 exactly of canvas with my image no way to mount it as the flaps were cut off. I asked why it was that they only do half the job like whats the point of this i wont be able to sell any of this and i was told they only do the ones that make them money the larger prints. The customer service was abysmal and i was basicly told to go somewhere else if i didnt like it. It will be no problem their London drugs this will be the last 13 bucks you ever steal from me again. I am completely disatified and was so pissed i just went home instead of demanding a refund. Dont worry i wont return again you just lost all my buisness for good. I received top of the food chain customer service from Nathan who was helping me with problems i…read morewas having with another brand of sub woofer. In the end those products were not only proven faulty, but their customer service was non existent. What transpired was myself picking up a Funk 21.0LX Master/Slave combo sub set with 4800 watts RMS of the cleanest power i have experienced to date. I have had several high powered subs in the past but nothing like this.These have enough clean power to literally flex windows in my home in a non sealed 2400^3 room while maintaining audio clarity that has to be experienced. Materials throughout are of very high quality down to the hand built drivers with four layer carbon fiber cones. At times i forget how much power is been delivered by these things as they are just that clean. Nathan is a man who is highly respected by many for his integrity, audio genius, and craftsmanship. I cant thank him enough for helping me out and putting me into these beauties.
