Had a really negative encounter with the big black lady who looked to be in her 60-70's and with glasses. (Never got her name but for those who have been to that ER will know who I'm talking about) She decided to get loud on me in-front of other patients for not filling out a form correctly while also disclosing sensitive medical info as well. I reported her a while back but if she is still somehow working over there just know that your privacy and dignity will not be considered!

The Hinesville office did not disappoint. I was welcomed when I came in and the front desk employees were very nice. Jasmine was very friendly and efficient. She was patient as I positioned my eye for the retinal scan. I can never get that the first try. She was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Brown was also friendly and efficient. I had a great visit.

Instead, I was given nothing but excuses and the constant runaround. The staff "claims" you can complete your exam at the location, but once payment or scheduling is done, they fail to deliver or follow through. When I tried to make a complaint, they gave me a fake number; another tactic to avoid accountability. It's unacceptable and unethical, especially being located right next to an Army base where many Soldiers and families rely on honest service. Stanton Optical should be ashamed of how they treat customers and should not continue to prey on service members or anyone seeking legitimate care.

The lady at the reception desk was the rudest person that I have ever encountered in a business setting by stating that if I didn't like what she said that I could go elsewhere. I would not and will not ever recommend this practice to anyone. I truly believe that it is about the money and not the patient that they cannot correct ones vision other than put them in glasses or contacts. Also they were about to charge me for the exam and I have already paid my required deductible for the year.
