Amazing & very rare. I have been to Dedi a few times now. I went to him with my haggard, horrendous hair & he transformed me into looking like a hair model!!! He is the best color specialist I've ever been to! He is polite & friendly & we chat the whole time. VERY personable. The entire process of my color, cut, & blow dry only takes 1 hour!!!! Crazy fast! What can I say other than that Dedi is a true hair artist in every way! He really knows his stuff, and is a expert when it comes to matching the right hair color for my skin tone and age. When I first went to him, my hair had at least three to four different colors in it, including gray. It was is dire need of color correction. He fixed it beyond my expectations! My hair cut was crooked(that's putting it mildly) and he fixed it by giving me a style that took years off of my age. I am so grateful to have found a hair colorist, and stylist that I can trust to exceed my expectations and give outstanding service with each visit. Also, he is on time, which is so important. Dedi was awesome! It was my first time there and he made me feel welcomed...took awhile for me open up but he made me feel like I've known him for awhile which was great! He's been in the industry for a very long time and is very knowledgable. I like that you can tell him how you would like your hair done or even bring in a picture of how you like and he will do exactly. I finally found an amazing hair stylist in Los Angeles. You would think finding a good stylist in Beverly Hills wouldn't be too hard. Well think again. You can go to the priciest of places here and come out with mediocre results. I had hair extensions put in a month ago and they didn't match the color of my hair. I went to Dedi and he transformed my hair! Colored my hair to make the extensions and my hair all blend together. He knows what he is doing. I reached out to Dedi 10 years ago to fix an overpriced, disastrous hair cut and color I received from at B2V Salon and I have never looked back. Dedi is a master at color, highlights and to top it off he gives a FANTASTIC cut. My hair is always sleek and never "puffy", even several weeks out. by far the best hairstylist I have ever been too! Great on price and is a perfectionist. my hair is stick straight and heavy so if it is cut wrong it looks like I took scissors to my own head which is not good. He cuts it to where it is just wash and go out of a salon every time. He is an artist in his CRAFT!!!! It has taken me a while to write this review. I never feel like giving anyone a bad review, because it could be me, but in this case... The last time I went to Dedi (4 months ago) for a haircut he did not listen to what I wanted at all. He cut and colored my hair and when he was done, I told him there were areas where there were chunks where there were holes and it was uneven. He convinced me that it wasn't. I left the salon, went directly to a friend who tried to say that it wasn't THAT bad. At my nail salon they told me I couldn't walk around like that, that I really needed to find someone to fix the cut AND the color. My hair was so dark that it looked like it was black with no depth. I am not picky but I was so upset!! I was leaving on a trip and had to get it fixed. To be fair I was so unhappy, I didn't feel like I wanted to go back to Dedi to get it fixed by him. read more

I wanted blonde highlights In my dark brown hair and went to a curly hair specialized salon. After 6 hrs I came home with a disaster. My roots were darker than my hair my highlights were orange.
