I actually found Beri by accident. I'd seen this girl with gorgeous hair near work and had to ask her who cut her hair. Turns out it was extensions! My hair is naturally dark but after years of heavy bleaching, I kinda killed it. I first used Beri about a year ago. She asked me what my expectations were and looked at some pictures I'd shown her. Thank GOD I found Beri at Tendere Hair!!!! I came to Beri when I wanted to grow my hair naturally (years of perms and a paint thinner incident...long "home renovation" story) had left my hair not at it's healthiest. For the next few years, as my permed hair grew out and my beautiful, healthy, virgin hair, grew in, Beri installed and maintained my beautiful Hairloc extensions and consulted me on how to care for my hair. It's 9 years later, Beri is still my hair care "guru" and my hair is completely natural and healthy...well, it was until about 13 months ago! While on my natural hair journey, I started using a (now, dubious) "natural" hair care product which made my hair thin and created bald spots (sheer "horror"...I know)! I was devastated...still am, at the experience. As soon as I figured out the cause of the problem, I immediately stopped using the product, went to my savior (Beri) and she launched into action! Until she could restore my hair, we installed thicker Hairloc extensions to mask the hair loss, applied a new technique (Micro Point Solutions Cyber Hair) designed for thinning hair, and she started me on a product (by Hair Support) engineered to unclog hair follicles...which is what the "bad" product I'd used previously did...clogged my hair follicles! It's been a couple of months now and by the efforts of Beri, my hair loss is imperceptible, my self-confidence has improved, and, most importantly, the hair in the balding areas are growing back!!!
