I usually don't write the reviews for places that had an "okay" service for the money I paid. Also I'm never a big complainer, but this weekend really had me upset. Me and my friend booked a stay and spa treatments at the Silverado Resort and Spa. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mark, who explained to us how to check in and directed us to our room. The staff was fairly nice. After our check in, we headed to the spa. The front desk was disorganized and the two employees that greeted us, seemed to be occupied with other things. The employee told us the total for our booked services and let us know that gratuity is already included. After that he asked a lady (which name I forgot) to accompany us to the spa and show us around. She was friendly but didn't really explain much. Just pointed out what they had and what we can use. My friend's appointment for pedicure was in the next half an hour so we ended up waiting in the waiting room and chatting. While she was doing her nails, I used the steam room and dry sauna, which were working great, so that was a plus. The spa offers nice amenities such as razors, shampoos, deodorants and other things for body and hair. They also offer dry snacks, water, tea and juices. After my friend came back from her pedicure, which she paid 70 dollars + gratuity, she told me that the person who did her pedicure didn't even cut her cuticles, which is odd to me. We went outside to check out pool area and lemon trees that were planned beautifully on the sides. When it was time for my massage, I went in with masseuse named Lisa. At first, I was very excited for the massage. She was nice enough and asked me a couple questions but it wasn't till my massage started that I wanted for it to be over right away. She asked me for the pressure I wanted and I said medium, it ended up being light that I asked her to increase it a few time. She had very long nails and during the whole massage ended up scratching me, she breathed so heavily whether from cold or some other unknown reasons that it made my massage experience completely awful. She didn't do a good job on my body and while giving me oils to breathe in, wacked my nose with her hand. Over all it was bad and unpleasant. It was defiantly not the money worth. Im very disappointed. This review is based mostly on the service and the attitude of the employees of the spa. 5 stars. 5 stars? Yes, 5 stars. Here is why. I surfed around in order to find a spa for a special day that wasn't too far away from San Francisco in order to celebrate. After a few hundred to relax I didn't want to sit 2 hours winding my way back home in a car coming from Calistoga, so I was looking in Napa. My requirements were a soak in a hot tub/hot spring/bath before a 90 minute massage. LE MERITAGE in Napa was a bust. Another reviewer said that just getting an appointment was a hassle. An understatement. You would think after charging way-too-much for services you could pay someone $9.75 (no benefits) to answer the phone for 8 hours. But when the phone was finally answered, the only appointment I could get for a couples massage was for 6 pm. No. Thank. You. A little late. So, more surfing, called the Silverado, two rings and it was picked up. I was able to book a massage that day within a few hours of when I called. The grounds are amazing, beautiful setting, awesome staff, great massage and when I was shopping around for a tub soak ahead of my massage, I found ones with roses and natural bubbly water for between $75-150 a couple for a 1/2 hour soak. Survey says, no. The Silverado has a separate women's, men's and co-ed whirlpool for soaking for as long as you like. A meticulously maintained shower washes away any chemicals before you get your massage or other treatment. Alcohol and free nonalcoholic beverages are available in the extremely comfortable lounge prior to or after your treatment. Comfy robes, enough clean thick towels to open your own store, complimentary shampoo, lotions, sunscreen, shavers, it has it all. Me and my hunny will go back. read more

This review is of the fitness amenities of the spa only. I came here for the yoga sculpt class with Dana, and to use the fitness and sauna/steam room facilities. Since I was not a guest of the resort, the fee was $50 for all-day use, with ins and outs welcome. Although this is slightly pricier than most day-pass fees for spas of this type, this includes any class that is scheduled for the day, so it was well worth it. The yoga sculpt class was great for beginners, and was a mix of pilates and yoga. If you're not a regular yogi, you'll definitely be feeling sore the next day (in a good way). All of the equipment was pretty new, and the room was very clean and airy. The fitness room has top of the line cardio and weight equipment. The fitness room wasn't huge, but it also wasn't very crowded. The cardio machines have the flatscreen tvs so you can monitor adjust your workout and be entertained at the same time. There were also a few tennis courts, a good-sized swimming pool, and a bocce ball court on the grounds. The steam and sauna room are a decent size, and the locker areas are well kept, with a vanity station in each row. All the amenities you need, from razor blades to spray-on deodorant, are conveniently placed. The ladies and gents have a separate whirlpool accessible through their respective locker rooms as well. Although it's not the largest or ritziest resort spa, I would definitely recommend coming here for a few hours if you want to take a break from wine tasting and put a healthy spin on your trip. They have all the amenities you need, and the staff is super friendly, and not snooty at all. read more

We enjoyed our spa day with our package. Love the warm massage tables and the water "falling" in the room giving it a peaceful serene feel. The steam, sauna and shower facilities were nice. I didn't use the jacuzzi but sat in a lounge a bit. It was more of waiting area and with the high ceiling it had a very open feel, but also felt like we were in an outdoor patio area that did not necessarily have a relaxing vibe to it. In fact with it being so cold out, it felt drafty at times even in the warm and fuzzy spa robe. There seemed to be lots of groups of ladies at the spa that day which probably contributed to the non-relaxing vibe in the room, but that's OK since the massage room is where I want the peace and quiet anyways. I also visited the spa gift shop which was having a sale - I love sales :) and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Our visit was well worth our package deal. read more

This is only one of two large scale day spas I've been to, but I'll just say this. . .this is what Berkeley's Clairmont WANTS to be. Service isn't all that hot in either location - they are both pretty basic, except here they are friendlier and more natural. The first time I was here I had a massage. It was pretty standard and nothing too special. The second time I had the Meyer Lemon Salt Scrub. It's the second scrub I've ever had and the other one was better. However, the scrub itself smelled wonderful and I got a back scrub brush to take with. The reason it gets five stars is because they have yummy tea and fruit or cucumber infused water for you to enjoy. They provide you with nuts and fruit to snack on, and also have a mini fridge filled with other drinks you can buy. They have a whirpool out in the sun that is just off of the women's lounge. Best of all, use of the pool is included in your spa treatment. The Clairmont will not let you even look at the pool even if you offer to pay extra. All this. . .and it's hidden away in the Napa Valley. Oh, they also have all that exercise stuff, but I was there to relax and swim some leisurely laps. read more

I stayed here a long time ago for a staff meeting and loved the place, but this time around things didn't work out due to logistics, and I can't thank the staff enough for being so gracious and accommodating and basically made a terrible time (on my part, not theirs) manageable. Wanted some breakfast before my spa appointment so we went to the cafe. Kinda overwhelmed at fiesta bc there wasn't anyone at the front. When we finally had someone get something for us, we found out that the food was all preprepared. Even the oat meal was instant. But my chicken Caesar wrap was actually really good and my dads fruit cup was fresh and yummy as well. I waited in the lounge before my massage. It's a nice little area with refreshments, reading material, and some dried fruit/nuts. I was excited to see beer and wine chilled in the mini fridge but was upset to find out that I needed a key the access the alcohol... bummer. I then settled for some tea. Three herbal mixes to choose from: energy, some kind of mood upper, and hangover. I would have loved a cup of the detoxifying hangover tea if I had a bottle of that secured wine! I settled, again for a calming tea. The loose leaf tea was okay, on the sweeter side and got in my teeth. Fail. Then I read my book til my appointment... The deep tissue massage was really great, the masseus adjusted to my preferred pressures and knew where all the pressure and sensitive points are at. It was really relaxing and I wish it went on longer! After my massage, I jumped into the steam room and the sauna, both were very nice. After a quick wash in the spacious shower, I got ready for the day in print of the vanity mirror. Cheers! read more

I went here on mother's day and it was great. It is a basic spa, but really clean and nice. I tried to get an appointment at the Spa Terra at The Meritage Resort and literally tried to call 7 times. This location was really easy and nice to deal with. They are running a facial special and it is by far the cheapest facial I have had in a long time. The the service was fantastic. The Spa at Silverado is the best they have amazing hairstylist and the most relaxing pedicure!! They have great makeup artists and facials that put you to sleep!! From scrub treatments to massages there is a treatment for everyone. They have a great cafe and workout area available also. Locker rooms are available and changing area that's very nice!! Plus outdoor swimming pool that you could do laps in. The staff here is so accommodating and nice !! read more

getting a massage is like getting laid. you start out with an awkward handshake. "nice to meet you," you say, followed by discussions of the weather and your plans for the weekend. they escort you, stiffly, to a room with soft music & mood lighting where you strip down to your skivvies as lavender aromas fill the air. you give the room a once over, knowing you probably aren't the first. three knocks. anxious & awaiting, you are found face down under the covers. "are you comfortable?" they ask you. and more sexy questions. "too firm? too soft? is the pressure okay?" like an awkward catholic virgin you mumble yes, sometimes even when it's not true cause you don't want to hurt their feelings. or because of the hope. this was me, when i got my massage recently. because like bad sex, i kept hoping it would get better. i wanted to yell out ...too fast! slow down! don't you know about massage foreplay?! slow at first, harder faster deeper later! more lotion! you're pinching my skin! owwww!! ...there was no happy ending for me. next thing i knew i was being escorted out in an excruciating daze by a large woman with man hands. i had been massage raped. but i'll be back. because like the analogy of sex to pizza - when it's good it's good, and when it's bad, it's still good! or maybe i'm just superficial - the venue was HOT with it's many perks... amenities: -ice cold water infused with fruits such as apple, pineapple, & lemon -seats to lounge in are abundant, towels and robes are fluffy & thick -private shower area is fully enclosed by a door and fully stocked -plenty of parking and there is a cafe in the spa too. the kinks (pun intended!) that needed to be worked out: - service people were inconsistent, at times snappy and rude via phone - billing error had slow resolution & required long phone wait times. -if you do not stay at the hotel, they insist that you pay up front prior to your treatment, even if you are running late, and even if it is eating into your treatment time. -and the bad massage we already talked about. 3.5 stars for the venue and the hope that the second or third time is the charm. read more

Been to many spas in Napa/Sonoma, as well as others in Hawaii, etc. so I feel I have a fairly good grasp on expectations. I purchased a lunch/facial/mani/pedi package at this spa, and was sorely disappointed. Not the place for romance/pampering/peace and luxury AT ALL. The facilities seem pretty outdated. The rattan furniture was in shabby shape. There was definitely no "ambiance" here. It honestly seemed more like a gym club locker room facility. With lots of chatty regulars around, it wasn't very relaxing. The facial was lovely, the mani/pedi were just ok, but right in the middle of a hair salon where the staff was SUPER chatty. I usually like to relax and zone out during services, and as nice as they are, there's a lot of constant questions. When it came to the lunch, there was no sign of where to go. Upon asking the front desk, I was told to go ask for my lunch at the smoothie bar by the fitness room (?). I went and asked (it was after 12 noon), and was told the lunches weren't ready yet, and had to choose from one of only a couple of options, so I chose a cobb salad I believe. I asked if they had champagne or minosas, and was told no...they only have THOSE at the main hotel building across the highway! Asked if I could wait by the pool, and the girl agreed to bring my lunch out to me. About a half hour or so later, shebrought me a plastic take out container and plastic utensils with what amounted to a fast food chain salad inside. I had to go back in to purchase a can of sparkling water, there's no beverage service. There was a water aerobics class being taught for seniors in the entire pool, so couldn't enjoy that either. Apparently the place us really focused on the club members, and not outsider friendly. I would not go back here, sadly. For THAT kind of money, you can get four star treatment, peace and quiet, and pampering at many other resorts/spas within a few miles of Silverado. read more

I had really hoped to be able to write a stellar review. This place has 4 stars! But if I am going to be honest with you and myself...I have to give 2 stars. It should have been a sign that they could take me on such short notice. I called at 11:15am. They had an opening at 12. Mmmm...I made the appointment because my first choice Villagio was booked...as all good spas should be when requesting same day service. So I drive over there with high expectations from the 4 star rating. The Three's Company decor totally threw me off. I could stop singing..."Hers, and hers and his...three's company too..." The lovely hostess walked me through the facility...good thing I was walking behind her so she couldn't see my face. Definitely built in the '80s. I got undressed and sat in the lounge area waiting for my masseuse. A family was also waiting - grandma, mom, daughter and few cousins...all wanting to replay the holiday weekend ad nauseum all at the same time. Seriously, they were screaming. So I try to find some solace back by the lockers. Low and behold...I get a talker. "Hey! Have you had your service yet or are you waiting?" Before I could answer, she answered. " I just had mine and..." It all started to sound like the teacher on Charlie Brown. "Wah, wah, wah, wah, wah." So I go back to the lounge and my masseuse is calling my name. Praise baby Jesus! Now the actual massage was not bad but worth $156? - nope. More like half that. After 50 minutes, I thank her and climb into the steam room to let off some steam. I was back in my car and down the road 15 minutes later. In all, not the worst definitely not the best. I don't care if Jack Tripper was there in the flesh. Mediocre is mediocre. read more

forget that it's a bachelorette, i'm in NEED of a massage and a day of pampering. i purposely got more tensed up all week so i can have it all unraveled....ahhhh.... we finally pull up to the silverado resort. park and need to walk what seemed like a mile to the front. luckily half way there i see an attendant. me: excuse me, where is the spa? attendant: oh it's on the other side. me: walking distance? attendant: hahaa..oh no, you gotta drive there. me: =( ok it wasn't THAT far, just a drive across the street. but still, after a long night and driving all day even THAT is a hassle. the service is SUPERB and the facility was nice with its usual steam, sauna, jacuzzi, pool. i felt like there wasn't enough space for us all. it didn't feel cramped but there wasn't enough chairs for all the women waiting for services, we had to wait for the shower, not enough hooks for our robes, etc. we went on a sunday...can't imagine how a saturday would be! i loved that they had different flavored waters, cucumber, pineapple, lemon... my 75 min LA STONE MASSAGE was nice but i expected more. she was way too soft and i even told her she could go harder...still too soft. not sure if the stones did much, i think i prefer hands. she did loosen up all my knots but after monday it's back again. i still prefer burke williams but the silverado resort looked nice and would be a great weekend getaway for golf and spa. read more

Took a girls trip and went to the spa here, I have to say it reminds me of a retirement home, the pool is actually a lap pool not really a pool to relax and swim in, the jets in the jacuzzi in the women's locker room did not work either. It's not really a spa I would spend the day at. If you are a younger crowd I definitely would not go here. read more

As I sit here chatting with my friend Mimi about local spas, I feel it would be a shame to leave this great spa out of my reviews. I have been there a several occasions and all being near perfect. The only minor complaint would be that they dont provide a robe that fits around my manly 50x6 pack abs. But beyond that I am very happy!!! The staff is very attentive and friend. This place is pretty nice. I enjoyed a weekend away with some girlfriends and we treated ourselves to some much needed pampering at the Silverado Spa (check out the Spa Girl package on the Silverado Resort website, its really a great deal for a group of 4!). I had the Silverado Custom Facial. To be honest I've had better facials, this one was a little short, especially considering the price you pay ($130 for 50 minutes). I could have used another mask and maybe a steam. But what made it worth it was the whole spa experience that Silverado provides. The steam room was so nice, as was the outdoor hot tub and all the great products in the showers. The service is top notch as well, we felt very taken care of. Overall we had a really nice day, but the next time I visit I'd probably go for a massage over the facial. read more

This is the Spa that I found after visiting ALL spas in Napa. At first, the staff seemed snobby, impersonal and unwelcoming. But after a few visits the staff began to get to know me and welcome me. I now think it's one of the most personable spas I have ever been to. Now, after at least 50 visits, I can officially call them my favorite spa. The estheticians are great, the housekeeping is great and the pools are amazing! Watch out for tourists trying to make the place snobby. read more

I was staying at the Silverado resort over this past weekend. We had pedicures planned for Saturday morning. Debbie was the one doing my pedicure. She was awesome. She did a very great job and was a very nice lady. They have a small menu for drinks if you wanted. I just ordered water since I was a bit hungover and had plans to go do more tasting later that day. It was a hour long pedicure and very relaxing. The facility was nice and they had a gift shop on site as well. The pedicure was $84 per person. I charged it to the room and tipped Debbie cash. If ever staying at Silverado resort again we will definitely return for another visit to the spa. Maybe I might try a massage next time as well. read more

First time here definitely very pleased, will be coming back for sure! I take mom to Napa every year to celebrate an early Mother's Day. Wine tasting, dinner and spa treatment (in no particular order) We use to go to a different facility but after mom getting a horrible rash there I had to find a new place to go. So here we are, Silverado will be our new go to place to get pampered!!! I looked online to see what kind of treatments they offered, Volcanic Journey...as soon as I read PAPAYA AND PINEAPPLE SCRUB, that was it!! Booked the appointment right away. Nice and clean facility, friendly staff. And my therapist GINA was wonderful!!! We ended up chatting about her gluten free diet which I'm also trying out, I learned a lot from Gina and it was nice to have something in common! The room I was in had a shower with 12 shower heads to help wash off the scrub, the table was always nice and warm with calming music playing in the background. OUr third time and unfortunately not the five stars it deserved the first 2 visits. No longer created by the extremely friendly smiling "hostess" who showed you your locker, made sure you had what you needed, offered refreshments,etc. This time, the counter person pointed to the spa door, and we were on our own from there. The slippers are made from ugly brown plastic and make a loud plastic sound on the spa floor--not soothing! There was a used washcloth and someone's hairpin in my shower. The massage was very nice, but the whole experience was less magical than on previous two visits. read more

Don't Purchase Gift Cards at Silverado! We planned to visit Silverado in October for my friend's birthday! I purchased a gift card as her birthday gift. We were unable to stay at the resort due to the fires in the area and had to make other arrangements. I called to get a refund for the gift card and they refused to provide any compensation. Worst haircut of my LIFE! Do not go see Michelle in the salon. It's so horrible that I can barely look in the mirror and I cry everytime I take a shower. I asked for a cut just below my shoulders and it's so short that it's nowhere near touching my shoulders. I had very long hair to the middle of my back and now there are so many ridiculous layers - it was totally butchered! Disgusting. I look like I have a mullet. She never even asked me how I normally wear my hair, and later tells me I need to use hot rollers to make the cut look nice!! WTF??? Yeah, whatever moron. Absolutely WORST experience of my life! I now have to wear it in a stubby ponytail for the next 3 months until I can go get it fixed..... way to make an 8 month pregnant woman feel great about herself. Oh, and the customer service is horrible as well. The manger is an a** and totally worthless when I called to complain. read more

I had my first Spa experience at Silverado. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left I felt important. I checked in and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the ammenties Silverado had to offer and they even had beer and champagne available! Big plus! They offer you a robe and slippers which I loved. I got a massage and it's the first massage I've ever had. My therapist was Sonia. I had a 50 minute massage booked and I really wish I booked an 80 min because I didn't want to get off the table when she was finished. I was a bit worried having a female therapist because I didn't want a fluffy massage, I wanted a deep pressure massage and boy looks are deceiving. She is a strong therapist but not in a painful way. I was sooo relaxed and left feeling like a new person! Thank you Sonia,you have a gift! I was able to spend all afternoon at the spa and i definiately took advantage! I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to treat themselves at the Spa at Silverado!!! read more

This spa is in a nice setting and very convenieny if you're staying at the hotel. There is a lovely pool area. The Spa itself is pretty average as far as luxury spa's goes. Nothing special - in fact it's getting pretty dated. While we were there the sauna wasn't working. The locker area is very cramped, but this is often the case at a day spa. The reason I'm only giving one star is because I had an 80 minute massage that would only be classified as amateurish, yet I was forced to pay a 20% tip (nearly $40). At the beginning of the massage I pointed out a few areas where I wanted her to work -- she missed them all. I reminded her half way through the massage and she became flustered. Also, before we started I asked her to not use her elbows on my back, yet she did. She wasn't able to do anything other than her standard, practiced massage which indicated she was very inexperienced and unable to accommodate requests. To be forced to leave a 20% tip after such a sub-par experience is what prompted me to write this review. Becauase we pay a premium for a massage at a higher-end spa I expect them to hire experienced therapists. Unfortunately for me this was not the case and then I was further penalized with the mandatory tipping policy. There are many wonderful spas in Napa Valley -- you should steer clear of this one. I highly recommend Spa Solage at the top end of the Silverado Trail near Calistoga, as well as Health Spa of Napa Valley. read more

We came from San Francisco to Napa for their special Honey Dream massage. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and I received the standard massage. However they apologized and made a good discount. Overall, the facility is really nice. They have a good sized spa with sauna, steam room etc. If you buy massage, you can use the swimming pool, gym and spa as well. Daily pass is $50 if you are not getting a massage (that's what my husband did:)) Overall, nice massage, and good experience. Will come back to get the honey massage this time! read more

silverado's spa met all of the basic spa needs. a clean locker room, complimentary robe and slippers, a little jacuzzi, a lounge area with drinks and snacks, and very attentive hostesses. on top of that, they were able to accommodate 7 girls at the same time! my body scrub and head/neck/shoulder massage was satisfactory, but did not give me fireworks of relaxation. you can never go wrong with a spa treatment, and that's exactly how i felt when i came out. i didn't go wrong -- -- and at the same time, i didn't exactly do right, either. if i was in a smaller group, i may have opted for some of the other luxe spas that sonoma and napa have to offer. after all, when you're paying hundreds of dollars to get pampered, you might as well get the whole queen experience. read more

Probably the best massage I've had at a resort. The spa facility was very nice and amenities fabulous (everything from earswabs to hairbrushes, shampoo, etc for shower and deoderant, lotion for after). Its pricey and often after indulging in a pricey spa service I feel let down...not this time! My massage therapist GINA was a pro and made me feel very welcome and appreciated from start to finish. She gave me a top notch massage. Table was heated, oils used (get to pick your own) smelled amazing. I recommend when you go to a spa like this you show up an hour before your appointment and sit in the hot tub, sauna, etc. Just relax and get in the mood. Enjoy the cucumber water and facility to feel truly pampered. :). read more

i went to the spa at silverado before a wedding i was in, just to get spruced up a bit. hair, nails, everything you know. the usual. i had a really good experience and loved the place. i will probably go back again too. i have to say that spas are a dime a dozen, and in napa thats amplified. but out of all the spas i have been to this one stands out for me. the only reason i give it 4/5 stars is because of the pricing. i felt it was a little more than normal, but still worth it. read more

Horrible experience. My massage was the only thing that made me give this a one star. When booking my services I was told there is a Napa Local Discount, which for any local here in Napa is a big deal. Locals help give businesses here in high end Napa the traffic of tourists and make recommendations for their vacations. Locals should be treated just as great if not better than tourists. When checking out I then was told there is no discount. When explained I was told there was a discount, nothing was honored. Checking in and out of the spa, the front desk was extremely unwelcoming, much attitude and extremely judgmental. I was one of the first services of the day, seems like no one had their coffee yet. As far as the amenities and actual spa, there isn't much. I've been to several others which are very updated and more modern than Silverado. The spa bath area was dirty, their floral garden wall was not much to look at with dying plants and cracked tiles everywhere. And pool area with the girls would have been great, however no alcohol allowed or served which kinda defeats the purpose of spa day with the girls. I will not return to Silverado Spa and take my monies elsewhere. read more

The customer service and experience is totally worth it here!!! The management is phenomenal.. I come here with my family on vacations and this last time there was a very small issue and the management went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.. Which says a lot.., I really enjoyed the sugar scrub, it smelt amazing.., unfortunately they were sold out of the product.. But I'll for sure be back next month for another scrub.. I think I'll bring my mom Aswell.. And if you are going to have a massage or any treatment...ask for debbi.. I cannot speak more highly of her!! Just the right amount of pressure!! probably the best massage i've ever had was from a masseus named Bart at the silverado spa. he was very professional and was sensitive to the level of pressure i needed. i'm the type who barely wants to be touched. just a very light swedish massage is how i like it. bart was so great, i was so relaxed and fell into a light slumber after 5 minutes. he was careful not to wake me abruptly, and whispered directions to turn over as if he was in my dreams... ok i know it sounds kind of riske, but it's not what you're thinking. a true professional is able to relax the client and make them so comfortable that they forget all else and focus on relaxing. bart did an excellent job and i'll be sure to book my next visit with him. the spa amenities are also quite impressive. the steam room comes equipped with a locker room attendant serving you ice cold, sweet oranges and buckets of ice. the sauna and whirlpool are kept very clean. the waiting area has large pitchers of lemon water, pineapple water, and cucumber water. assorted teas and coffee are available with fruits and other snacks. you can also take some classes at the studio right across the hall before your spa service. aerobics, yoga, and other programs are available for sign up. and before i forget, they also offer outdoor massages! very private tents are set up with tropical music...i think i will try that next! read more

This spa is absolutely lovely. The prices aren't too bad, the sugar scrub was amazing, the pool and hot tub areas are great, it's spacious and smells good and they have a large, uncramped locker room. This is one of my favorite spas ever! read more

Courteous staffs, place is ok, massage is average.

We came here for a bridal shower. The people were very courteous and everything was really clean and neat. The only thing that we didn't know was that they charged each of us an extra $20 because we were not resort guests. read more

I am comparing all my spa experiences to this place. I haven't found one like Silverado, yet. I like how they do gratuity in the total rather than ask you how much you want to leave for your tech. Its just annoying... Would definitely come back here! read more

Every time I think of this place I feel relaxed.... I enjoy that they have everything from a private spa in the womens lounge, pool, massages, pedicures,and salt scrubs. Just make sure that you specifically ask to get a Vichy shower with your salt or sugar scrub you will not be disappointed!! read more
