I was 10 mins early, my appointment was @11:30am and the man that was on the nail side told me to take a seat on the black velvet chairs. I sat and saw there was a lady that was from an inspection place and there was a customer on a pedicure seat. The inspector is checking things off and the man walks away and she follows him, the woman on the seat tells me that they were just inspected and that nothing is clean and they don't clean any of the materials which I say well I hope this side is better. It's now 11:38am and I decide to google the number and call it she tells me she will let the front know I am there. Then a couple mins later in walks in my lady from the outside and said she ran behind and would take care of me after she used the bathroom. She walks me in to this curtain small room and tells me to change and out all my items in a bin for storing. Then we walk to the chair where I am able to lay down. I felt very rushed and she was going through the combing and sensing very quick like she was trying to catch up with time. After a while she did slow down just a bit to massage my scalp. I couldn't really relaxed and essentially also felt tense that at one point she said relax but I just wasn't enjoying it. The halo was used for about 5 mins and then I was taken to a small back room where she dried my hair and while finishing I saw crawling on the wall a cockroach. Which made me question how clean the rest of the place is and I know it's small but it was just not a great experience. I will not be backs I tried to take some pictures but I just wanted to leave at the end of it all. $147 was my final charge for lateness and crawling bug, not to mention my hair was super dry.

This combination is better than "one or the other." Song is strong, so for muscular folks who are doing heavy lifting, This is the guy you want. And when you get done, your hips are open. So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. Do your yourself a favor and just try this out.- make sure you get the combination of the deep tissue with the stretch. It was $90 without tip. I'm writing this review an hour after the massage and stretch. And I just keep feeling looser and looser.

I really liked that they allow you to choose the areas you want the therapist to focus on. Since I spend a lot of time typing, I specifically circle my shoulders. Because I also drive frequently and spend a lot of time sitting in traffic, I circle my glutes/buttocks, which tend to get very tight. I had Jennifer, and unfortunately, I felt that she spent very little time addressing the areas I specifically requested. Out of the 60-minute massage, I would say only about 15 minutes total were spent focusing on my problem areas. Much of the massage consisted of her using her arm to roll over my back, which didn't really provide the targeted pressure or relief I was hoping for. I also requested a medium deep tissue massage, but the experience felt more like a light Swedish massage. At one point, she placed a hot stone on me without warning. It was extremely hot and startled me enough to jump, so she ended up stopping the hot stone portion altogether. When she had me turn over, she also spent some time massaging my head, but unfortunately, I didn't find it particularly relaxing. I normally get Thai massages and have had much better experiences, especially when it comes to therapists listening to the areas that need the most attention and adjusting the pressure accordingly. My friend had Tina during the same visit and had a completely different experience. He requested a firm massage, and Tina did an excellent job focusing on his problem areas and providing the pressure he asked for. His experience was much more in line with what I was hoping for. That being said, I still tipped Jennifer 20% because I appreciate the time and effort she put into providing the service. However, based on my personal experience, this would unfortunately be near the bottom of my list when choosing a massage place. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I came in with high expectations because of the positive reviews, and I would have really appreciated a massage that was more customized to the areas and pressure I specifically requested.

Here's just a quick overview of this fabulous facility: 1) innovations implemented such as high-frequency treatment 2) fresh menu with plenty services 3) very useful estheticians who love to share information 4) clinical grade formulas suitable for all ethnicities 5) careful and considerate of products, hygiene, and time My esthetician performed the vitamin c peel and added the electrode wand to my service. I've had multiple peels and not one time has it been added to my neck. The face and neck have the same thickness and usually the same shade. It makes sense for the neck to be an area apart of the peel but it's not a norm. It is great they include the neck in the peel service! My service: The peel has a robust gas-like smell, but it's not an aggressive peel. The esthetician was cautious of the number of strokes in one area and time; this is very important! She was very concerned not to burn me. She created a vaseline barrier around sensitive areas such as my nostrils, eyes, brow bone, lips, so there was less intensity to my senses with this precaution. She activated the peel with water and lightly placed a thin clothe damped with water to initiate it. After just a minute or so it was removed. Following my peel was the oxygenating high-frequency treatment for congested skin and dehydrated skin. There was a mesh covered on my skin; I imagine for hygiene purposes and possibly the strength of the currents, so there was no direct contact with my face. Afterwards, she added the marine mask which she briefly massaged into my skin although it is naturally deep penetrating. I appreciated this gesture. She kept on the mask while she moved down to my shoulders. She then performed a decollete massage and the oil smoothed on my skin like butter on hot toast. She was very skilled in working on my shoulders and neck. I enjoyed this much-needed facial, and they've won me over. I'm excited about my next trip in the coming weeks. I give this joint a solid 4.5 stars! Improvements: The Q-tip incident, ahhh... don't double dip, you can cross contaminate! It slipped the esthetician's mind. The moisturizer feels heavier than it looks. Actually, it looks like a satin finish worn. There's no shine, no dryness; I have a beautiful glow... I'm split on how I feel about this moisturizer.
