Here I am 6-7 months later and Sarah's gentle flow, non-heated class is something I look forward to every week. It is the perfect class for all skills levels. Sarah has the voice of an angel to guide you through your practice, providing any adjustments as needed so you get the most out of the stretches and poses. I went to visit the club today and the young girl at the front desk was extremely pleasant and sweet. She gave me a price sheet, which is attached to this review. She let me tour the club and while it's not very big, it was also not very busy. I had been a member years ago and a few things have changed. After speaking with my girlfriend, I agreed that we would pre-pay an entire year because of the specials and the prices in the attached flyer. When I went to sign up, unfortunately, I was told the price would be $330 higher plus there would be an annual fee and an enrollment fee. If I'd not been shown one price and then given another, I would have felt informed, but in this case I felt differently. I do not believe the nice young lady at the front desk meant any harm or did anything wrong. But apparently staff communication might be an issue. So if you choose this club, make sure you understand exactly which pricing plan you're on. $189 per couple per month plus the additional fees can add up quickly. Convenience is great, but there are other options.

You are required to wear grip socks for class. Class began promptly. The instructor was great at walking us through use of the reformer. The exercises were clear. Class size was smaller so the instructor could check on our form and use of machine. It was a full body workout at an even pace. I never felt rushed or that the class was dragging. They have cubbies for your shoes, keys, phone (which must be silenced) etc. There is a water dispenser up front, if you forget your tumbler, there are disposable cups for use. Shared parking spaces and some shaded spots.

Perhaps things are headed in the right direction and the challenge of having an establishment where chalk is constantly in use is a tough one.
