I highly recommend you try it! To be clear, I don't want to suggest that T'ai Chi in Nursing Homes. or as part of a path to enlightenment cannot be beneficial. I am sure Trace can offer both groups fine instruction. But sometimes real quality instruction is hard to find. I looked for years to find an instructor that could accommodate my orthopedic issues and still be able to teach me real t'ai chi. And now I have found such a teacher.

She's very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to show me things that may help. I had surgery earlier this year and I was able to return to class relatively quickly as class is always a safe place to figure out what works and what does not and Trace takes the time to listen to what's going on and show me how to adjust my movements so that I am not overdoing it. She also has a great voice, so soothing to listen to during practice. Know that I am not a morning person but no matter how I feel when I get up Sunday morning, I do my best to get out of the house and get to class, as I always feel better when class is done. If you've ever considered the practice of Tai Chi or Qi Gong, I highly recommend Trace and Heart Mind Tai Chi.

Saturday morning yoga classes help me start the weekend strong, embracing the sun, the nature, the life, with gratitude. Lisa is a great teacher that she always adds different poses to the flow which make the practice full of surprises and a lot of fun.
