Everything is fantastic!! We come to The Spark at least 2 times a week and are never disappointed. If you're looking for a locally owned, hand crafted experience this is your place! The syrups are house made and WAY better than any of the chain coffee shops. My favorite is the Lavender Latte with a breakfast sandwich or a Hawaiian Melt sandwich. My son LOVES the blueberry muffins and coffee make. Can't recommend this place enough to anyone coming through Speedway! read more

Visited The Spark for the first time on Thursday to get some work done and it was great! The two baristas that were there around 11am were so kind. There is free parking in Speedway which is great and a good amount of seating/free wifi for those who work remotely. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Back at it again!!! I visited this chic coffee spot and my Lavender Latte was.................... weirdly good! Hold on... let me tell you why! Though they didn't have the flavors listed on the board menu.. I simply asked what were my options... NOW I love lavender... anything to be honest and Lavender Lattes are a thing ya know! Sooooo I decided let me try that. The space is kinda small yet cozy inside... As I waited I was greeted by ( maybe the owner). He asked how I was doing and patted me on the back as he walked by. My latte wasn't overly sweet at all and if you like a sweetened latte by all means ask for sweetener to be added to yours... mines was perfectly balanced. The coffee used to make my latte was very flavorful as well. I was thoroughly surprised how well crafted my drink was. I mean I definitely got whiffs of lavender and when I took a sip.... There was a lavender EXPLOSION on my palette!! After I finished my drink.. I was conflicted on if I wanted to Netflix and Chill .... Or Run a marathon.. hence me saying it weirdly good! Couldn't be happier to have a local coffee shop on Main Street Speedway. It's super cute, has a simple but great menu, and the staff is very friendly! What more could you want from a local coffee shop? We ordered two oat milk iced coffees with vanilla and lavender flavoring. Both were delicious! Supporting local small businesses is what we do as much as we can on Yelp. This new coffee shop is a great addition to Main Street in Speedway home of the "Sparkplugs!" The owner was so welcoming, warm and kind! He even took a fresh baked orange scone off the baking sheet to package up for me! They have so many great looking baked goods. They have one that has nutmeg and cinnamon in it, the everything bagel looks so good - you can use those for the breakfast sandwiches. The interior is bright and inviting and I love the wallpaper they used behind the lit up "Spark"sign. It makes it pop. They have lots of outdoor seating as well. They feature local artists that you can buy any of the works of art they have made. The caramel macchiato was perfect and hit the spot. I appreciate the lady asking me if it needs more caramel drizzle or if it's just right. :-) For being the first week open I think it will do great. read more

This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee joints in Indy. I've come in a few times and have never been disappointed. The matcha lavender lemonade is just perfect - a great balance of flavor and wonderfully refreshing. The other day I tried a seasonal drink: an iced apple butter latte. I didn't have high expectations and thought it would probably taste very syrupy and processed. I was completely wrong. It was my favorite coffee drink I've ever had. Just so smooth and delicious. Finally - the seating here is really comfortable. Is that silly? Well not to me at 8 months pregnant. I appreciate that I can sit here for hours (like I did the other day when meeting with a friend) and not feel terrible after. It's the little things, you know? The awesome barista Joel made such an excellent 20 oz drip coffee for me. My golly, it got me through the rest of the day. I was excited to try this place and stopped by on my way to work at about 640am. It's cute inside and looked like a nice atmosphere to hang out! Which, if I want to try this place, I might have to plan on doing. There was one person working who took about 4 orders and then prepared those beverages before taking the other orders. This was completely appropriate, and she was working as fast as she could! Unfortunately after waiting in line for 8 minutes without even ordering my coffee, I had to leave empty handed so I would make it to work on time. Very cute coffee shop on Main Street in Speedway. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a latte and the barista recommended their brown sugar flavor and also let me know they do offer different types of milk. I also had an orange scone. There are plenty of seating options inside and the space is well thought out and clean. They had some local art on the wall as well. The order did not take long at all. We opted to sit outside on the patio- the chairs were very comfy! I enjoyed my drink and scone. I'm not the biggest scone fan but had to try because it looked great- it was a tad dry but I enjoyed the flavor. The owner stopped by our table on the way out and introduced himself and thanked us for coming. Plenty of pups walked by and the baristas were giving them little pup cups and had a water bowl for them as well. They also have longer hours than most coffee shops which is a huge plus! This place is pretty damn fantastic. I'm not a coffee drinker but have tried several of the pastries and wraps. Today's turkey and cheese wrap was especially delightful. The good stuff to greens ratio was exactly as it should be. Online ordering is just great. Order is always ready when the app says and the order is always fulfilled exactly perfect. I am not usually a big fan of matcha, but the Matcha Lavender Lemonade at The Spark is a summer must have. The flavors pair so well together to create an extremely refreshing and bright beverage! The Spark has tons of free parking available behind the building and on the street. The bathroom is clean and adorably decorated. There is ample seating both indoors and on the patio. I met someone here for an informal meeting. It is located on a corner of Main Street in Speedway. There is street parking in front and on side street. I went early and parking was easy. Inside the shop there are about half a dozen tables that seat four. The baristas were friendly and helpful. Menu listed above on wall. Typical menu with some seasonal items. Also have drip coffee. There are an array of sweets from which to choose. I'm sure they had breakfast sandwiches but I honestly didn't pay attention to that. The coffee was very good. There is a rack against one wall where you can purchase merch. Wifi free. Saw people doing some work so it must be a good connection. Great coffee experience. read more

The business owner Suni is very unpleasant. She will commit to an event and while the event is going on she will pull the coffee truck out and tell you that she is losing business without even giving the event a chance. She is rude and even though everything will be communicated in a precessional manner she will say she was not informed of things related to the event. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend her business to anyone. She claims she gave the event 2 days however she pulled out before the 2 days was even over. Technically in less than 24 hours. We were also blamed of not informing her of the low attendance which the meet director did send her an email regarding a team pulling out due to having interest in going somewhere else. The original commitment was for 5 sessions, she didn't even give the chance for the other sessions. Moreover, she had made up her mind and decision to pull out prior to my conversation to her. She is being pleasant her in the response but in person she was not at all pleasant and was rather rude and unprofessional. After saying that she gave a heads up she actually asked her employee to pack up. So there was no turning back. I WOULD NOT recommend her business to anyone moving forward. read more

I can't say enough positive things about The Spark! The moment I first walked in, I knew this was going to be my go-to coffee spot. I've been here a few times already and tried different things each time which have all been delicious. My favorite things so far have been the lavender vanilla latte, chai tea latte, and orange scones. If you're not into coffee, they have plenty of non-coffee options, like teas and smoothies. They have some seating inside and outside and it's the perfect place to sit down to do work, unwind, or catch up with friends. It's a very relaxing space with artwork on the walls by a local artist and good music playing in the background.
