We came here based on a recommendation from our hotel manager. This place has amazing food and ice cream. Our kids got grilled cheese and hamburgers. The rest of us got various sandwiches and Mac and cheese. The beer selection is really good but like all of Utah the rules for drinking alcohol are a bit weird. Burgers pretty good. Great option to build your own burgers. I enjoyed the mushroom burger and they made mine with no bun. The only thing I didn't like was the sweet potato tater tots, they were small little balls and to me a little to soft. My daughter got the fries and she said the home made fries were excellent. What a great place! We enjoyed such an amazing lunch here today. Dog friendly, and the food was really good. We ordered the French dip and the fish and chips. Both meals were delicious! Shelby was awesome and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a couple of beers as well and she helped us find hikes around Moab that we had never been on. We probably would have stayed longer, but needed to go on our way to get the pups on a hike. We will be back next time we come into town! P.S. The food was delicious. One person in our group had the kids burger and said it was delicious they got it with cheese and said it was awesome, however the only qualm they had was the burger size. It was small, but it was filling with the fries. Two people had wings, however they got them different. One got the wings with the hot buffalo sauce. The other got the plain wings with Korean BBQ on the side. They both said that their wings were fantastic. Another person in our group got the fried caprese stacker, which is like the normal caprese, but the mozzarella was fried. The final entree was the two pigs and a cow hamburger, the person who got it said it was outstanding and messy. We also got ice cream. I got mint chocolate chip in a cup with a cone on top like a unicorn horn and sprinkles. The other ice cream we got was a chocolate shake and that obviously was delicious. The service was excellent. Our server name was Myra and she was so helpful. We asked for shirts and she was so flexible about it, I am a small human and needed a smaller shirt. She got the shirts and I chose one. One other person in our group asked for a shirt and she was very accommodating. The ambiance is calm and family friendly. However it is a little more on the casual side and has a bar connected, but I recommend going there, however it is popular during the dinner rush. read more

We had great food and service here. The servers use handheld computers to put in orders, making for accurate and speedy service. The fries were seasoned and fresh. If you're visiting Moab around the holiday season, be aware that quite a few restaurants are actually closed during this time!! We actually visited 3 different restaurants only to find out that they were closed before deciding to dine here. But enough about that struggle. This is a perfect slice of Americana. You can't go wrong with ordering a burger here. Of note, they do offer a buffalo burgers if you're interested in that. The spoke is a solid spot with great service, classic rock and classic food. They have a great selection of Utah beers on tap but I found the craft beer menu was more about IPA, pale and pilsners. Nothing dark on the menu really. About the food, this place does standard correctly. The French dip is well executed. The chili cheese burger was done just right, lots of consideration and respect to a classic gut bomb. Kids get good treatment! I recommend this spot to traveling families. I came in after a long hike to the Arches which I highly recommend. I ordered a quinoa salad being a vegan I had limited choices. I got the sesame ginger dressing which actually was so spicy it wasn't edible. When I brought it up to the server she spoke to her manager and they offered 25% off and said the dressing is on the side for that reason. I only had 1 bite so although it was a simple fix they chose to treat my business like it didn't matter so I will review their restaurant like it doesn't matter. Visiting here seemed more like the Moab we were accustomed to, tourist-centric, table turning, with little personality. She had a hamburger, which was...ok. I had a Cobb salad, which was...ok. There are better meals to be had in Moab. Maybe the kitchen had an off night..I'll never know as I'm unlikely to return. read more

2/10 would not come back again. The burgers were dry, while we ordered them medium. When we brought up the concern to our server, he said that the there's some pink in there. I really loved my visit at The Spoke! It was my first time going to Moab and we spent the day on the Jeep trails. After the big day, we agreed to have dinner in Moab before heading back home, up north. There was a few debates about where we wanted to eat but I finally elected for The Spoke. Parking can be a bit difficult in the area but we were able to find some parking over behind the building, and then we just walked a short distance (maybe a few blocks) to the restaurant. Upon approaching the building, I noticed they had a super cute patio. However, we decided to eat inside for our visit. They had seating on the main level and then a loft with more seating. We got to eat on the second floor, which was a nice, open area. Our server came over and got our drinks. It was super hard to decide what I wanted because so many things looked great. I finally elected for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Upon ordering it, the server said it was one of his favorites so I was excited to try it. Our food came out pretty fast and the server was attentive. You could tell he was busy with other tables but still made time to check in on us as well. The food came out pretty quickly and everything looked amazing. The sandwich was delicious and the fries paired well. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sandwich as a whole tasted fresh and homemade. They do use their own buffalo sauce with this sandwich, and I could tell, as it didn't taste full of preservatives and additives. It got a bit spicy for my liking but I did have ranch to help cool it off, which actually did help quite a bit. Overall, I absolutely loved my visit at The Spoke. The food was great and I loved the vibes in the restaurant. It is centrally located in an area where you can walk around and enjoy many other parts of Moab within a small walking distance. Great tap list. Very cool modern western vibe. But what made me leave five stars is bartender Andy! He was so gracious and awesome. I came in because I had seen Huckleberry ice cream and milkshakes on prior pics. Even though the soft serve machine was down, he made me a Huckleberry milkshake that was incredible! If I had to pick one word to describe this establishment it would be mediocre. I got the build your own burger. I got a veggie burger, which is a black bean burger, topped with smoked gouda and avocado. I substituted onion rings instead of fries. The onions rings were pretty good. My burger came with my choice of two sauces and I got the ranch and house made fry sauce. The ranch was very good with the onions rings and the fry sauce was a lackluster pairing. I will say that I tried the fry sauce with fries as well and it paired much better. We sat on the patio which was a pretty nice atmosphere but it got noisy at times as the restaurant is located at the intersection of two busy streets. I had no complaints about the service. I will say that it seems sort of unfair to rate a place that primarily serves burgers based on their vegetarian option. So I would like to say that the people I was with got the hot bird and the texan and said they enjoyed their meals very much. read more

Yet another mediocre meal in Moab. If you are looking for a 2 or 3 star dining experience, then you have come to the right city. When we arrived, there was nobody there. Not a soul. The guy behind the bar was also the server, and to his credit, he was very nice and did a good job holding down the floor once a few other folks drifted in after us. The pride of their menu--their burgers--should be avoided. We got the mushroom/gouda one and the patty looked like it came from Costco and it was SO greasy and gross. No flavor. The chili the other one of us ordered was barely lukewarm and looked like it had been dumped from some cans. Our daughter's mac-n-cheese was basically a bowl of questionable sauce. All of the food was pretty subpar. The only thing semi-decent was the ice cream we ordered at the end, which was too hard but tasted OK (even though the chocolate brownie flavor only had one tiny bite of brownie in it). The restaurant industry philosophy of Moab seems to be "well, the market dictates that you are in the middle of deserted Utah and there aren't many options, so you'll eat whatever we put in front of you no matter how bad it is." The best part of the meal was their local beers that they had on tap. 2.5 stars, rounding up because our server seemed like he was giving it the ole college try. read more
