Mr. Tucker and his helper arrived promptly and got started on installing the dishwasher. Install was a breeze and took about forty five minutes or so. Once the dishwasher was installed, they ran it through a quick test to ensure there were no leaks and then left. I am very disappointed this time because it is now two weeks in and I do not have a repair refrigerator. I called them every day to ask what the holdup is and they're telling me they have to assign a second service call to come out and look at it to see if they can repair it. Because they don't want to replace my refrigerator there, insisting on finding somebody else that can possibly fix it. If this doesn't work, they are going to have to get me a new refrigerator and I'm gonna probably have to wait another week. I will not be renewing my contract with them.

In my opinion, this company operates like a scam. They gave me a diagnosis and immediately asked me to pay $1,500 out of pocket. Trusting that they were the experts, I paid. Guess what? Just 2-3 days later, the AC stopped working again. I tried to get a recall appointment through AHS's SMS chat. Even though I repeatedly requested a recall, the agent never scheduled it. I had to contact them again and request another recall. The agents were rude through the text messages and showed little interest in helping. When the technician finally came back, he checked something he completely failed to inspect during the first visit: the attic. After finally inspecting the entire system, he claimed that the real problem was in the attic and that I now had to pay an additional $1,800 out of pocket. Are you kidding me? Why wasn't the attic inspected during the first visit? Why was I charged $1,500 for major repairs before a complete diagnosis was performed? Why replace a compressor and add refrigerant without first determining whether there were leaks or other issues in the system? This looks like a company that diagnoses problems one piece at a time only after collecting money from customers. That is a huge red flag. At this point, I have serious doubts about whether the original repairs were even necessary. I called AHS, and the agent told me that the issue would be reported and that I would either get my money back or receive a discount on any additional repairs because of the poor experience I had with the contractor. And guess what? That promise was apparently made only because the agent wanted me to give him a 5-star rating at the end of the call. In the end, nothing happened. They simply informed the contractor that I had requested a recall and asked what the problem was. I eventually spoke with a supervisor or higher-level representative who refused to provide his name. He told me that I had to deal directly with the contractor. I was furious because we pay AHS to be the intermediary. Their job is supposedly to work with reliable contractors that have good reputations. Instead, they sent a company with countless complaints describing the exact same experience. After reading all the reviews, I can clearly see the same pattern over and over again. The same modus operandi. The same complaints. The same frustration from customers. I honestly cannot believe AHS continues to send this company to homeowners. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to read every review carefully before trusting this contractor or relying on AHS to resolve issues when things go wrong.
