The gravy could have used a tad more salt or chicken bouillon, but the flavor was good and the gravy had a good consistency. The collard greens were really good. I'm not sure whether or not they use meat, but I liked them. I absolutely loved the sweet potato casserole. It was very sweet, just like I like it. The cornbread dressing was good, but I should've gotten my gravy on top of it to keep it super moist. Next time I will do it with the gravy on top. The gentleman who coordinated my order (Vernon?) was patient and made the order easy. He helped me figure out how much to order and how to get and use the Sternos. On the day of the party, the food was delivered right on time and tightly wrapped to prevent spills and keep the hot food hot.
